This 1st floor corner unit has abundant natural light and sits DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH with no dune to block the ocean or pool views. You will not believe how close you sit to the surf! Relax listening to the gently waves lapping against the shore from any room. Even when you are inside you feel like you are still sitting on the beach.

The interior of the condo is a knock out per guest reviews. You will find this home to be clean, uncluttered and well stocked with a Chic' Boutique Style Hotel feel. Sync your device to the Wireless Bose Sound System, sit back and relax. Every detail is professional planned out for guest comfort including a wall hugger inclining sofa to put your feet up.
The year round private caretaker is kept on staff. All linens are hotel quality and exclusive to this unit to insure guest the highest standards. The caretaker will arrange for beach wagon, chairs, and toys to be ready for your use. You will also have access to our private beach locker. All of these services are included in our all inclusive rates. If you would like additional umbrellas and chairs set up, simply flag down the life guard (the cost is $150-$185 per week).
To make your visit hassle free we have installed key-less electronic locks on all doors so that you can go key-less all week. Additionally, we have installed a second dead bolt that is only engaged from inside the unit to insure guest absolute safety.
An ocean/pool view work station is provided for the business traveler with charging stations throughout the unit for convenience. Look for the charging plugs located at each night stand and dresser.

Accessibility
• Elevator: Elevator and 3 sets of stairs. We are on 1st floor oceanfront. Unit is elevated on pillars w/parking below.
Location Type
• Ocean Front: We have ocean views from our side windows too. We overlook the pool and a section of palm tree lined beach so there is nothing that blocks the ocean views. The views are unbeatable.
• Beach: Oceanfront. You cannot get any closer than this.
• Beach View: Our desk that sits in the alcove looks down the long stretch of beach all the way to the Garden City Pier.
• Beachfront: Oh YES ! You can't get any closer than we are to the water. It will take your breath away.
• Oceanfront: This Unit is ON the beach. If you stand at kitchen sink during high tide it looks like it is rolling under the building.
• Waterfront: Condo sits right on the beach just as shown in pics.
• Village: Garden City is a quaint little beach village with very few high rise buildings. The beach is gorgeous white sand and is sweep by the county every night keeping it spotless.
