OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
A small, locked section near the garage is reserved for owner use and is not accessible to guests. This does not impact your stay. Exterior security cameras are at the front door, garage, and deck for safety.
INLET HARBOUR PARKING & VEHICLE POLICY
The Inlet Harbour is a gated community and requires a $100 vehicle fee per reservation, for up to 4 vehicles in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the community. This fee is included in your reservation and will be listed as a line item in your rental agreement. There will be a $25 fee required per additional vehicle, which would be added to your stay upon request. This home allows for up to 6 vehicles. Motorcycles, Golf Carts and boats are not permitted within gated community.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We strongly recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from unexpected events before or during your trip. If you cancel without Travel Insurance and we are able to rebook the property, you may receive a refund for the rebooked amount, minus the reservation fee. However, if the property is not rebooked, any payments made will be forfeited.
