Home located on quiet Lake Lanier cove, single slip dock and sun area. Canoe and fishing rods provided. Bring your boat and tie up. Screened in porch and large deck. Game room with tv, pool table, ping pong table and air hockey.
Near the north Georgia wine trail, river tubing, horseback riding, mountain hiking and several state parks. Close to Dahlonega, Dawsonville and Gainesville with their historic shops, restaurants and festivals. North Georgia Premium Outlets also nearby. Ideal for extended family vacation. Homeowners temporarily displaced by fire or water damage can usually have their insurance company pay.
31 night minimum, 2nd & 3rd months at $6,000 per month, 12 months lease at $4,500 per month.
