"The front house staff were extremely friendly. I didn’t have the opportunity to deal with any of the housekeeping or maintenance, which was completely fine so I can only give this rating regarding the front and staff. It’s winter time and it was snowing so it was hard to keep the parking lot clear but there was a lot of snow around the car areas and actually coming down onto the property so you have to be very careful when driving in from the main street. "Clean, quiet and friendly. The bonus was the homemade ice cream shop below and the use of the laundry facilities. Lovely walk to the water just two blocks area. "

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Shediac for 2 nights and we were extremely impressed with everything about it! Very upscale and modern, No carpet at all! The bed was super comfortable and clean! The patio off of our room was an added bonus to sit out and enjoy morning coffee made right in our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful! We are already looking forward to our return next year! "

"Beautiful spot! Neat as a pin. Lovely, large deck to enjoy the views, and soak up the final rays of September sun. Had a BBQ one evening and dined al fresco. Quick and easy entrance right next to the cottage to enjoy a walk on the ocean floor at low tide. "This house was clean and well set up. Matresses could be updated but were still fairly comfortable. Listing indicates that there is a hot tub and cabin bedroom and includes pictures of those amenities, but we discovered after booking that this was only available at an additional cost. This is misleading. Overall the house fit our needs and had what we needed to make our trip easy and stress free."
