"Family on our way to Natal for December holidays. We booked 3 rooms. Only problem was we got wifi pins but still didnt help. No cellphone signal the whole time. We had to check in on a daily basis with the person taking care of our pets at home and could not even text or call."

"Extortionately high price. While the hotel is clean it is in dire need of a renovation. It has no facilities and is really just a clean bed for the night. It does not warrant the high price. Entrance and downstairs fire exit was locked and I had to go to the upstairs fire exit to leave in the morning. "
