Excellent lodging in Murphy's, CA
Last week we enjoyed our 3rd (or perhaps 4th) stay at this lovely property. It is a very well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood, within walking distance to all that downtown Murphy's has to offer.

Wonderful property
The house was very clean and spacious. It is located in a new development right next to some warehouses; but they are not visible from the property. It is a short walking distance to town. We enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, brand new home, very comfortable and well-appointed. Came for a girls' weekend and we had a wonderful time. Very convenient to downtown and everything we needed. Check-in was simple and communication was excellent. Christine was a great host and we'll be back!

Friends loved the house
The house was great for six people three couples! Very comfortable! Great distance walking and driving to our appointed venues!! Lots of amenities, extra towels, blankets and even bandaids! House was super clean!

The house was very nice and bigger than the pictures indicate. Location to town was great. When you walk on the floor it sounds like your shoes are un-tied or someone is following you. The only kitchen essentials were salt and pepper so I recommend you bring any thing you need.

This property was pristine, brand new home, great backyard for the kids to play, washer/dryer was a nice amenity to have, A/C worked wonderfully, recliners in the living room were lovely! Close enough to walk to downtown for restaurants, ice cream, and to play at the park/creek.

Great Location
We stayed at this location for the St. Patrick’s weekend. The house was in a great location. It was close enough to walk downtown and far enough to not be around all the traffic and crowds. The house is very clean, updated and decorated very nicely. The host Christine was fantastic to work with and answered my few questions very quickly. The house was a newer construction and being a single story was even more convenient. I highly recommend this property!

Murphys Delight
We were in Murphys for a family funeral. This property is exactly what we needed. There are 3 Queen beds and 3 baths. The master bedroom has one attached bathroom/shower. There is a full access kitchen and dining area with an open concept to a living room. You are definitely within walking distance to downtown Murphys. I had multiple texts with the owner and was contacted promptly. We would definitely stay here again.

Even nicer than expected!
This home is lovely, very comfortable, and well-furnished. Everything looked and felt brand new, especially the fluffy bath towels. Despite 100+ degree outdoor temperatures, the house stayed quite comfortable, thanks to the great A/C. The location is very convenient and quite walkable to downtown Murphys. Christine is a gracious host, and very responsive with communications.

The electronic lock to get in would continue to lock and unlock on its own.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The floos must have been installed wrong. They creeked all over when walking on them. Neighbors kept us up late.. Overall very disappointed. Will not rent agaig.

Murphy vacation rental
This house was wonderful! It was so clean, good location, perfect inside and outside for the little kids and the bedrooms were very nice and comfortable. Christine was very responsible for a minor with the door lock which she fixed quickly. The only suggestion I would have for future renters if they plan on doing more cooking, bring other seasonings other than the salt/pepper that is provided, tin foil, zip locks, extra paper towel roll and coffee filters. Other than that, the home is perfect and and very nice. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone how is considering a vacation in Murphy’s.

Perfect weekend getaway rental
This property was perfect for our group of 3 couples. PRO: The layout of the house is spacious with plenty of seating to eat and relax. AC worked great, as well as whole house fan. The kitchen had only basics for cooking. Location is great! Walk from downtown is a legit 10 mins. CONS: The walls are thin 😉 (others can hear everything), and as other reviews have noted, the kitchen lacks seasonings, and other supplies. Lastly, there were no toiletries items are provided (soap, shampoo, etc) which we weren't prepared for.

Great, clean home!
Our first time staying at this location! We usually stay in one of the hotels in town. But since we are going with other couples, we thought a house would be better fit for this trip. Each room had a queen size bed the master, of course had a master bath attached. The other rooms had a shared bathroom in between with an extra bathroom in the hallway. The house is well stocked, furniture, clean, and in great condition. The beds were super comfortable sheets very soft, plenty of towels the open space in the kitchen was great to hang out with friends and sit our food out on the island. Seating for six at the table is great. We were able to play board games. Definitely recommend staying here! The pictures in the posting are true description of the home.

Perfect home for a family trip to Murphys!
Christine's home was exactly as described in the listing. The home was squeaky clean, tastefully decorated and very well equipped. The bedrooms were spacious and it was a plus to have a master bath, a shared bath for the other two bedrooms and a half bath in the hall. The living room and kitchen areas were perfect spaces for cooking a meal and spending time playing games & watching a movie. The enclosed backyard perfect for the dog. The location is super convenient to everything and is indeed a short walk to the main part of Murphys. The neighborhood is a relatively new development, and is clean, safe and easy to walk around. The home is on the end of a street that is near a light industrial area but this wasn't at all an issue. Although there are ample towels, do remember to bring your own toiletries. Christine was a wonderful communicator. We loved the place and would definitely return! Thanks so much!
