The property was lovely. The house was clean and check in was a breeze! As a women traveling alone I felt very safe in this little community. I was taking a class at the folk school for a week, and it was an easy 22 minute drive.

Perfect Anniversary Weekend

Mountain Get Away
We truly enjoyed our time in the mountains. We had some local business to take care of in Murphy, NC and staying in this quaint cabin made our work time into a mountain get away. Everything we needed was available in Denise's cabin. We enjoyed taking a walk in the neighbor and looking at all the other cabins. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

This is THE PLACE!
This cozy cabin offers the NC mountain getaway you are searching for. The host is friendly and super responsive. She keeps the cabin clean and well maintained. The location is perfect! It is centrally located near a variety of local attractions and natural wonders.

Great little cabin with everything you could possibly need. The rate was very fair for the house. The host stocked the house nicely and even had dog bowls for my puppy. The bed was comfortable and the house was very clean. Such a cool community, would stay again!

House was just right for two, kitchen well stocked for cooking and close to downtown Murphy to explore. Took our 2 small pups, even better! House looked at pictured. Enjoyed the fire pit out back - many local places to pick up wood. Perfect peaceful weekend!

Nice couples cabin
Beautiful cabin, very clean. Once you figure out the tv you can watch some major networks. Can see maneuverability being an issue once the other cabins are sold. A one lane road with few turnaround options. Will definitely stay again in the future if in area.

This is a beautiful property. The only complaint I have is the sofa is very uncomfortable to sit on and when the temperature got down into the teens, the cabin was hard to heat. The host was very communicative with us and we appreciated that.

Beautiful little cabin, spacious inside. Full size refrigerator/ freezer, full size oven and microwave. Comfortable dual recliner couch. Also provides Netflix. Very happy with correspondence to property manager.

Cabin in Murphy, GA
The cabin was just right. It contained everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Denise checked in via email/VRBO to see if we needed anything. We chose the cabin because it was pet friendly. She had put out food and water bowls for our little dog. One extra added amenity was an Alexa Echo Dot which we used for easy listening music. We would definitely recommend this property and Denise.

Don’t suggest big trucks or plans to pull a trailer. Extremely tight for parking in this area! Great for a couple reg sized trucks or cars. Perfect size for two or a couple with little ones! Quiet area! Just a short drive to the downtown area. Pet friendly!

The cabin was nestled into a nice community of similar cabins with friendly residents and neighbors. It was conveniently located near everything we wanted to do and what we wanted to see. The porch and firepit were both very relaxing and there was no lack of hot water due to the on demand system installed. I was somewhat taken aback by the small size of the fireplace and it would have been nice to have a BBQ grill available. Be aware that it was challenging to drive to the cabin if there was another vehicle on the very narrow road so be prepared to back up.

I loved my extended stay in the mountains.
I thoroughly enjoyed my extended stay in the cabin. It was comfortable, well furnished and centrally located for the activities I wanted to take in. Everything was clean. The owner was easily reached and she checked in to see how my stay was going a few times. I enjoyed walking my dog around the area too. I slept well and had all the perqs of home there. I was able to work remotely from the cabin with no issues. The internet there was great. I had a good phone signal with Verizon. I will be back.

Denise (host) is helpful in every way. The cabin is small, clean, well-appointed with the basics and then some, located in a great community, and has a wonderful front porch. Excellent internet access for those who want it. Perfect for two adults who really enjoy close quarters. If small is not your preference - this is not your place to be! My partner and I loved it. Dog-friendly accommodations and wonderful small community roads for dog walking. Can walk in the woods behind the cabin, but it's a bit steep so watch your step! Thanks, Denise, for welcoming us and providing an enjoyable space.

Wonderful retreat
Loved the cabin feel- newly constructed and all the fresh pine was lovely. Denise was wonderful to work with, very accommodating and responded in timely matter. Place well equipped with all the basics…. Having laundry added bonus so not go home with dirty clothes The extra touch providing complimentary items in case you forget something was bonus as it came in handy for me! Forgot toothpaste and deodorant and there was some there to take, just fill out what was taken and replenished. That was just a delightful service I’ve never seen before. Great experience for a peaceful solo getaway :)
