Nice modern hotel, though we stayed only 1 night, we did appreciate the option of all you can eat dinner (20 euro) and breakfast (15). Had glass of wine with dinner, it seemed included as nobody was asking for extra money.

Good for what it is—family friendly with no frills
The hotel checks a lot of boxes (pool, beach, kid friendly, spacious rooms) but it did not dazzle us by any means. Our room had ants and the property was a bit dated. If you want something right on the water that is very kid friendly, it works well, but it feels like a budget hotel without a budget price point. The bathroom was small and there was no body wash or conditioner, just a half empty bottle of shampoo that maybe the prior guests had left behind? Very convenient for Playa Muro but not upscale in the least. Staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Let’s start with the best thing about this hotel, the location is very pretty. It’s like the Florida of Spain. As far as the rest of the hotel experience… my son, wife and I were bitten by the ants in the hotel room all night. They were all over the rooms (especially our bedroom on the 2nd floor). The air conditioning was not working. When these things were reported to the front staff, we received attitude from Margo (“What do you want me to do an out it now!” & “You should have called last night”). I’m supposed to call at 1am to report this and have a technician and pest control come, after I grab all my stuff. In retrospect, I should have just walked out of this place and found any other room at another hotel.

This is such a lovely place. Great location right on the gorgeous beach. The staff everywhere from Reception to the restaurant and the pool bar are all super friendly and helpful. The rooms are super clean and spacious. We had a swim up room which had a large terrace too. I'd recommend this type of room, especially if the hotel is busy so you have your own dedicated sunbathing space and easy access to the pool which serves about 8 rooms. Thr main pool is only a few feet away as is the pool bar for drinks and lunch. Lots of free parking on the street outside the hotel. We went all inclusive and enjoyed varied meals which were great quality. For a 3 star place this definitely punches above its weight. Highly recommended for couples to relax as well as families.

The view from the balcony was really great but the amenities of the room were rather antiquated. The AC did not work at all times although the staff made efforts to be helpful. Although it was no problem for me, the bed was rather hard. The location right on the beach was amazing. Having walked along the entire beach we came to the conclusion that this hotel was well located. The nicer pool is reserved to the rooms which are on the ground floor and located directly in front of the pool. We chose to have a room with sea view on a high floor therefore could not enjoy this pool. As lounging on the beach is so nice we agreed that it was worth it. In September, It was very easy to find lounging chairs with a canopy - Even in front of the hotel they belong to the public beach, therefore, you have to pay €14.50. Otherwise you can just lay down on the beach. Overall a good experience in Moro.

Less frills, but great family spot
We didn’t want to break the bank, but wanted to be close to the action in Alcudia. This hotel was a great compromise! The rooms and property are simple, but the staff, location our swim up pool made up for it. The previous reviews were helpful— bring your own shampoo/conditioner, put your housekeeping tag on the door early, and don’t try to cook in the room. Breakfast and poolside lunch are great. Dinner is just ok. The bar staff and children’s event coordinator are awesome!

Excellent customer service delivered by Catalina and her manager Llorens. Our apartment was cleaned very well by Bernarda and the most helpful maintenance service by Jaume. The pool was spotless clean and the easiest access to the fantastic beach. Mattresses very, very comfortable.

Die Anlage ist schön und sauber. Das Zimmer und vor allem die Betten waren sehr gut. Es wurde jeden Tag sehr ordentlich geputzt und alle waren sehr freundlich. Der Strand ist top. Um das Hotel sind öffentliche Parkplätze vorhanden. Busanbindung direkt vor dem Hotel. Ein Beach-Restaurant mit wundervollem Ambiente nebenan. Allerdings auch mit DJ bis in die Nacht, deshalb aufgepasst bei der Zimmerwahl, wenn man es ruhiger möchte. Preis/Leistung stimmt meiner Meinung nach. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Meerblick im September. Die Küche war gut eingerichtet, alles was man braucht. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber.

Très bon séjour
Très bon séjour, appartement spacieux et confortable, la vue mer est un plus qui vaut le coup, par contre insonorisation très moyenne, beaucoup de bruits à partir de 7h du matin. Nous parcourions l’île pendant la journée et en fin de journée nous profitions de la piscine avec des transats toujours libres et la plage au pied de l’hôtel au top. Places toujours disponibles autour de l’hôtel pour garer la voiture facilement. Nous n’avons pas testé le restaurant.
