Waking up in the morning with the rumour of the waves is no longer a dream. The privileged location and the impressive views to the mountains and the turquoise and crystalline waters transforms this home into a true paradise. You can imagine yourselves sunbathing on the 6 sun loungers or under the wooden awning without effort. Any moment at the house will be great, specially in the late afternoon, with the company of the sea breeze and the sunset. Then, you can enjoy your dinner all together under the porch. The extraordinary two-storey building presents a modern style. When you enter, you find a spacious room for the kitchen -with induction top and a large island-, the dining area and the huge sitting room. The cosy sofa invites to enjoy a nap or to watch a TV-Sat or DVD film,or maybe you prefer to listen to some music on the CD player. This same floor offers a bedroom with two twin beds and a closet, and a shower bathroom. Going upstairs, you will find the other two bedrooms. Both have access to a great terrace. One features two twin beds and the other has a double bed and a closet. Both offer an en-suite shower bathroom. The laundry room is equipped with an ironing board, iron and washing machine. Finally, the whole house features ducted air-conditioning. Just a few steps head directly to the beach. This is a extensive, several kilometres large beach along almost the whole Bay of Alcudia; from Puerto de Alcudia to Can Picafort, although this precise area, Playa de Muro, is very peaceful. The beach called "dels Capellans" is very near, and it is well known thanks to the restaurants by the sea where you can taste the delicious "paella". If you also enjoy the mountains and its paths, or lets say "nature" itself, we recommend an excursion to the area of Formentor and Pollença. The town centre of Alcudia, characterised by its cobblestone streets and the mythic walls, is a must visit. In addition, it becomes a very lively place on Tuesdays and Sundays, when its traditional street market takes place. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There are parking space for 2 cars in the garage. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. Electricity (January - December): 0.30 EUR/KW (mandatory)
