This marvellous house is located in the famous Playa de Muro. It stands out for many aspects, but above all for its sea views, a turquoise sea that will not leave you unaffected.
The property is strategically oriented towards the beach, so it has a very spacious outdoor area with great views. In this space, you will find an area with sun loungers and another with a lawn for sunbathing, a barbecue and a charming wooden house designed for the little ones to have fun. The porch, fully equipped with a generous table and six chairs, as well as comfortable outdoor sofas, has two entrances that connect directly to the cosy living room and kitchen, making living in the house easier.

The house has three double bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other two with double beds, as well as two bathrooms with shower.
The modern and minimalist aesthetic of the house has been carefully designed and decorated by the owner, who has managed to flood the interior with light thanks to its numerous large windows.

The house has direct access to the beach. You will be able to enjoy a pleasant walk to Puerto de Alcudia, which is only a few kilometres away. The area is full of highly recommended restaurants, supermarkets and other shops.

Schönes Haus an traumhafter Strandlage
Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage, direkt am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick und ist optimal für Familien mit Kinder, da das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Das Haus ist modern, schön eingerichtet und dekoriert, wobei das Mobiliar teilweise abgenutzt ist. Wir würden das Haus trotz einiger Mängel aufgrund der tollen Lage, der Grösse und der oben beschriebene Punkte jederzeit wieder für einen tollen Familienurlaub buchen. Zwei Punkte die man beachten sollte: Einerseits hat es keine Klimaanlage sondern eine Lüftung im Erdgeschoss (Wohnbereich), welche wir während unserem Aufenthalt im Juni 24/7 laufen lassen mussten. Dies weil es im Obergeschoss extrem heiss war und es keine andere Möglichkeit gab, die Räume oben einigermassen zu kühlen. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts haben wir deshalb zusätzlich noch EUR 110 für den Strom zahlen müssen. Die Stromkosten wären bei einer Klimaanlage wahrscheinlich deutlich tiefer gewesen, da wir diese nicht 24/7 hätten laufen lassen müssen. Oder die Klimaanlage hätte für den Preis wenigstens mehr Kühlleistung gebracht womit alle Räume im Haus kühler gewesen wären und nicht nur Wohnzimmer / Küche im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus ist abgesehen davon wirklich toll und wärmstens zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne Lage!
Schönes Haus und tolle Lage nah am Meer. Angrenzend allerdings liegt an großes Hotel, Musik/ Disco, teils auch tagsüber darf einem nicht stören. Ansonsten alles top.
