The holiday home Feingeist is located near the city center in a quiet residential area in Murnau. The hiking trails of the Blue Land, the many sports facilities at the lakes and in the mountains can be reached quickly.
The large house has been recently renovated and can accommodate up to 8 people. You will stay in your own garden with barbecue and parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with new appliances, the dining room has a table for 10 people, the bathrooms have showers, sinks, toilets - a bathtub is also available.

Praktisches Haus in zentraler Lage
Wir haben das Haus mit zwei Familien genutzt, was aufgrund der räumlichen Aufteilung sehr gut funktioniert hat. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ordentlich und die Betreuung war ebenfalls sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist zentral in einem Wohngebiet, d.h. es gibt keinen Panoramablick, aber die Natur ist in der Nähe und die Innenstadt ist unmittelbar erreichbar.

Traumurlaub mit kleinen Kindern
Hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in einem sehr sauberen, großräumigen Haus, das mit seinem Garten viel Platz für kleine Kinder bietet. Würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Sehr gut gelegenes Ferienhaus mit prima Ausstattung
Das in einem Wohngebiet gelegene Ferienhaus hat uns viel Spielraum gegeben: ganz im Garten auf der Liege, unter Sonnenschutz auf Terrasse, im Wintergarten oder auch im Wohnzimmer. Alles sehr gemütlich. Auch Murnau war schön durch abwechslungsreiche Fußgängerzone, keine Ladenketten, sondern einzelne kleine Geschäfte, Cafés, und viele Bänke zum Verweilen. Geschwommen sind wir allerdings lieber im Walchensee als im Staffelsee.

Das Haus ist hervorragend ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich nichts. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz, weil wir nur zu viert waren, bei 8 Personen wird die Verteilung des Gepäcks auf die Zimmer schwieriger. Nur der Garten ist nicht so groß, wie das Inserat glauben macht, das kann man aber auch bei Google Maps schon sehen. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr angenehm.

Eine schöne Woche in Murnau
Die Beschreibung entspricht 1:1 der Realität- ruhig gelegen trotz Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe und innerhalb von 5 Minuten ist man zu Fuß entweder in einem Einkaufszentrum oder der schönen Fußgängerzone von Murnau. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und die unsererseits nur genutzten Räume im Obergeschoss sehr schön - auch die Waschmaschine ist hilfreich… Unsere 2 Jungs, 3 und 4 Jahre hatten viel Auslauf und direkt vor dem Haus auf eigenem Grundstück kann man sein Auto parken. Ausflüge zum Staffelsee, Bad Tölz und zum Freilichtmuseum Glentleiten ( auch für Kleinkinder sehr zu empfehlen) sowie ein Besuch des Münterhauses haben die Zeit des Urlaubs schnell verfliegen lassen. Besonders beeindruckend war auch ein Starkregen mit Hagelschauer während unseres Aufenthaltes. Die sehr netten Besitzer haben wir kurz kennengelernt und auch der Empfang durch Frau Klier hat gut funktioniert! Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Ferienhaus in Murnau
Die Fotos in der Präsentation entsprechen den Gegebenheiten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Leider hat es in dem kleineren Zimmer in der Unteretage stark nach Abfluss bzw. modrig gerochen, die Quelle des Geruchs konnte nicht ausfindig gemacht werden, ist aber so nicht vermietbar. Im Bad unten fehlen Möglichkeiten Handtücher Waschlappen für 4 Personen aufzuhängen, ausser dem Heizkörper ist nichts vorhanden.

Uns hat das Haus in Murnau super gut gefallen. Die Abende haben wir vorm Kamin ausklingen lassen nachdem wir tagsüber die Gegend erkundet haben. Der Check-In lief einwandfrei.

Weekend in Murnau
Our visit to Murnau was spectacular! 25 minute drive to picturesque Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The house was very large and had plenty of space for our 2 families, we were a total of 7 people. Free Wifi for all to be connected. We lit the fireplace every night, which added a magical touch for the month of December. We walked every night to our restaurants and to the lake directly from the house. We had a last minute addition of an additional person and it was no problem to make up an extra bed. Very soundproof house with teenagers on 1st floor and adults upstairs and we never heard them chatting & singing all night.

Erholsame Zeit im tollen Haus
Wir hatten zu zweit mit Hund ein fantastisches, verlängertes November Wochenende im Haus verbracht. Die eigentlich nahe Bahnlinie und Hauptverkehrsstraße störten selbst uns „Landeier“ nicht wirklich. Das Haus ist sicher schon etwas älter aber gut gepflegt und in einwandfreiem Zustand, zudem hübsch ausgestattet. Mit Frau Klier hatten wir einen netten Kontakt. Gerne mal wieder!

Wir können das schöne Haus in Murnau wirklich empfehlen . Wir waren mit drei Generationen da und hatten ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeit für 8 Personen. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet! Gerne wieder!

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt. Sehr zentraler Ort für Ausflüge z.B. nach Bad Tölz zur Sommerrodelbahn oder zur Zugspitze. Werden sicherlich noch einmal zurückkommen.

Das Haus liegt in direkter Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Kultur. Es ist zeitlos eingerichtet.
Das Haus wird gut gepflegt, es ist hell, geräumig, gut ausgestattete Küche, ideal für bis zu 8 Personen. Der Garten ist uneinsehbar mit Grill und Liegemöglichkeiten.

Für Radfahrer ein idealer Standort
insges. ein positiver Gesamteindruck, einen weitläufigen Garten sucht man allerdings vergebens! Die Objektausstattung insbes. die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind hervorzuheben, die vier Schlafzimmer sind überwiegend schön eingerichtet, die Betten und Bettbezüge sind gut. Das Ferienhaus ist für Familien und Fahrradgruppen empfehlenswert.

War alles perfekt!
Vollkommen unkomplizierte Abwicklung! Wunderschönes Haus mit tollem Garten und Wintergarten. Im Haus war alles da, was man benötigt und es war alles sehr sauber. Gute Lage, nicht weit zu den Königsschlössern und zu den Seen. Empfehle ich gerne weiter!!!
