"The property was one of the best equipped holiday homes I've stayed in and if it wasn't there Maria was on hand to provide whatever might be missing (we didn't need anything). The owners live next door but are not at all intrusive. The villa was spotlessly clean and was very comfortable (I slept better than I do at home). "We had a fantastic week at the villa. We didn’t have a car, but it was really well positioned near to 2 supermarkets and with plenty of great restaurants within a 15 minute walk. The bus into Denia was quick and easy. The house itself was excellent. Really well resourced and perfect for us. "The villa has a great setting but a car is essential as nothing is walking distance. The villa is good but a little tired, needs some freshness to the décor, A/C essential in the main living room (cooking was a very hot and not too pleasant an experience and all the appliances need to be upgraded - washing machine, iron and fridge in particular. The caretaker/owner was very efficient and responded to all requirements promptly. All together, the family had a lovely experience."

On top of steep hill so a car is definitely required, must be a confident driver! The pool is a good size with plenty of space for sun loungers and table. Lovely area in the back to shelter on a windy day. We had a great holiday. Please note, beach towels are not included and an electric grill is provided instead of a bbq."
