"Come here to enjoy an authentic medieval town; quaint, peaceful, wonderful parador. The parador’s food is good, but be prepared for more complex than usual rules and management of seating, reservations, and service. The restaurant service needs to be improved. Still a fantastic stay."

The room was very spacious and the beds super comfortable. Dinner was perfect. The food and service both excellent and we were made to feel special. "Beautiful historic hotel located in the "old castle" portion of the castle of the King of Navarre. The initial building dates back to Roman times and was add to by the Visigoths and again in the 13th century. The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean and right on the center square of the town. Staff are very friendly. The superior rooms we stayed in were individually decorated and the beds were comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel, especially if you love staying in unique historic locations."

"Stopped off for one night on route to Southern Spain with our two dogs. It was our first visit to Olite and we will definitely return! Olite is a lovely medieval village with pretty cobbled narrow streets. The hotel is family run with a wine cellar and cosy restaurant/bar serving traditional Spanish food. Every member of the family we met were friendly and helpful, all areas of the hotel spotlessly clean and the room we were allocated had a fabulous view over the mountains. We and our two girls really enjoyed our stay..thank you "
