The Rise & Shine cabin is perfect! It gives you the feel of being out of the city and in the woods, all the while the inside space is more luxurious than most upscale hotels. Just a few minutes from the lake, river, and the diamond mine, as well as grocery and sit down dining. You can grill out by the fire pit that overlooks the pond or stay inside and cook in the full size kitchen!


Note:
Rise & Shine is a part of a group of four cabins, all four cabins are located on a small section of a large piece of property. The cabins are close to one another which gives you the ability to rent multiple cabins if you have a larger group (depending on availability).

The perfect family retreat
We booked this property for our visit to the diamond mines and it was perfect for our family. The property is located in a quiet rural area but still close to town. Everything was very clean and included most everything we needed for our stay.

Great quick stay! Super cute cabin!
The cabin was perfect for a 2 night stay to go to the crater of diamonds state park, which was less than 10 min away. Great cozy outdoor fire pit area with games was perfect for the kids and the interior of the cabin was done so well. We really enjoyed it!

We loved our stay at the cabin. It has everything you need and more. Our two dogs enjoyed it there as well. It was quiet and or and offers great access to the little Missouri River, Lake Greason, and the diamond mine. Thank you very much hope to come back sometime.

Cabin was very nice and beautiful as the pictures, plenty of games and the TVs were excellent to keep the family entertained, activities in area were fun. Would definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

Diamond Hunting Retreat
Great place for a quick trip to hunt for diamonds and crystals. This cottage is either new or recently updated, was extremely clean and had all the kitchen equipment you might need. We will stay again!

Cabin is exactly as described. Beautiful property with a small pond behind, even saw a small family of deer! Definitely better than a fancy hotel with a home feel. Would definitely book again.

This cabin was a great find. It's one of the only properties we could find with two King bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The setting is beautiful and the cabin is very nicely equipped. Host was helpful and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great property, awesome semi private pond directly behind it, excellent appliances, TVs etc, private and community fire pits, plenty of tools and buckets to borrow for the diamond hunting. I’d go back in a jiffy and may just next year!

The Rise and Shine cabin was like a home away from home. My grandson loved it. He enjoyed the basket with a frisbee, soccer ball and playing cornhole that was provided. I recommend this place for sure.

Enjoyed our break here. We went to the Crater of Diamonds Park daily. If there is anything you need you are very close to town. It is very quiet and relaxing and if there are any problems it is taken care of. Will definitely be back.

The property would have been perfect except a few things. There were a lot of flies and spiders crawling around, there was a used wash cloth in one of the showers and the TV was hard to operate.

Beautiful Cabin
The registration and check in were seamless. The owner responded to questions promptly. The cabin was beautiful, clean, modern and well stocked. Loved the fire pit area. It was perfectly located to all the attractions. The pond behind the cabin is not really a pond anymore it is pretty dried up. Would definitely recommend this booking and would love to stay there again.

Beautiful cabin. It was very clean when we arrived and looked exactly like the pictures. Comfy beds, beautifully decorated, modern appliances, plenty of kitchenware, towels, paper goods, cleaning products, etc. The back porch is awesome and the view over the pond is stunning. Check in/out is super easy and no crazy rules. One of my best vacation rental experiences.

We stayed at the Rise and Shine cabin for six nights and loved it. The photos online looked almost too good to be true, but they're real! Everything in the place is brand new and it worked out perfectly. We even messed up our original reservation dates and they were able to accommodate our changes. On previous trips to the Crater of Diamonds we stayed at one of the old motels in town, but now that we found this place we'll be coming back here!

Exceeded My Expectations!
I was very impressed with our stay! Looking at the other hotels around town, this is definitely the best place! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and he provided things that I wouldn't have thought would be-hand soap, laundry detergent, the balls on the porch were aired up. He seems to have thought of everything! Thank you for a great stay! Wish they were all like this one!
