"Reception service on arrival could have been better...one guest being dealt with ahead of me who then went to get something from his car or somewhere. No communication with me or "sorry please bear with me". Nothing. This guest's wife then comes back in and it takes 10 minutes to deal with her before i am dealt with. No apology or even 'sorry for the wait'. Pretty poor. Room was ok but was told that it has an adjoining door to another room and that 'if i keep it closed, the other guests can't...

"The hotel itself is nice enough and we would have enjoyed the outdoor areas at and near the hotel with better weather. Annoyingly, the bar wasn't open in the afternoon and we noticed quite a number of people waiting when it did open. Strangely, the bar is not accessible through the hotel when the restaurant is closed, needing to walk around the front to get to. There must have been a large party booked in to the restaurant as it was full immediately after it opened so we had to wait an hour and...

"The Hotel was great. Nice cafe for snacks and we ate in the restaurant in the evening and really enjoyed the food and the staff were attentive. Only complaint I had a stater my wife didn’t. My starter came (very nice) but my wife’s main came before I had finished my starter, so I was eating my main after. Great I could park my motorcycle right outside the hotel. "

"Well appointed hotel situated right in the town centre of Daroca. Easy check in, very helpful staff , undercover , secure parking for our motorcycle. Reasonably priced with breakfast included, on site restaurant serving good quality food. "
