Luxury Detached Villa with Private Pool In Costa Calida

A quiet villa in the historic region of Murcia set in its own secure grounds with a private pool. The villa is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with views overlooking the local mountains. The peace and tranquillity are yours to enjoy. The property has been finished to a high standard and includes air-conditioning in all rooms.

Full internet connection can be found throughout the property and a HD television is located in the lounge, as well as family games, a DVD player and a large variety of books and games to enjoy.

The open plan kitchen includes lots of essentials like cooking equipment and an always-handy dishwasher to make your stay even more relaxing. Furthermore there is plenty of storage space in the two fridge/freezers.

Leading on from the kitchen is the dining room. Whilst providing seating for 8 guests, it also includes an iPod docking station and a radio and Amazon Alexa.

As well as the master bedroom with a king size bed and a satellite TV, there is a twin bedroom with two single beds, a guest bedroom with a king size double bed and a top of the range pull-out sofa in the lounge which offers room for two more guests.

Outside the Villa there is a the large swimming pool which provides a refreshing break from the strong Murcian sun and an array of pool amenities such as toys are yours to enjoy. The pool can also be heated to lengthen the swimming season. Overlooking the terrace the large, modern barbecue will allow your family to spend many joyful evenings cooking and entertaining.

If you visit Villa Suave during the winter months, you will be reassured to know the living room contains a large wood burning fire and the air conditioning units can be switched to heaters, in all keeping the house lovely and warm.
One thing to note is that the aircon units and pool heater are controlled by token meters.

Very nice place.
Good pool , nice inside and lovely outside. We enjoyed our stay , but got a bit tired of all the dogs in the neighborhood, barking a lot, all times of the day(and evening/night. Sometimes they started at 4 o'clock in the morning)If you can ignore the barking, it is a wonderful place to stay at your vaccation.

Villa Suave
The pictures and information in the write up are entirely accurate; a real home from home with everything you could ask for. You ideally do need a car, but everything is close at hand - two local villages are only 5 minutes by car with Banks, pharmacy, shop etc. The main town is about 15 minutes away. All in all, we had a fabulous stay at the villa and only wish we could have stayed longer!

Perfect home from home
The villa is so well equipped and kept to an amazing standard that we did not want to leave. The outside space is perfect for relaxing by the pool, a peaceful family bbq in the evening followed by drinks to watch the sunset. Everything in the villa was done to a high standard and it felt very safe and secure, we only ventured out for 1 day as we did not see the need to explore. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Superb stay
If you want peace and relaxation, then Villa Sauve is the place for you. A spacious villa indoor and outside. Everything is provided for you from kitchen equipment, books to read, even hair straighteners. A lovely pool and sun loungers. A car is essential though but you are in a good base to explore the surrounding areas. The house keeper ( Maria ) is lovely and we had fun practising our Spanish with her. I would also like to mention how secure the villa is. We felt very safe here. The only critic are the neighbouring dogs who bark alot but this is no reflection on the villa. I would definitely recommend a stay here because the villa is lovely. We also tried some of the recommended restaurants which were great. One other place to eat is Country bowls if you want English food.

We had a great holiday at this villa. Russell’s communication prior to arrival was excellent and Maria was very helpful once we’d arrived. The villa itself was excellent. Perfectly clean when we arrived and it had everything we needed. Very good sized bedrooms, modern bathrooms, big lounge, great kitchen & dining room with everything in there you would need and a perfect outside area for our family.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Villa
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der toll eingerichteten, sehr gut gepflegten und vor allem auch super sauberen Villa. Es gibt in der Villa alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns dort von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an Russell und Maria! Da das Haus sehr abgelegen ist, ist ein Auto zwingend notwendig.

Il posto perfetto per staccare
In questa bellissima villa abbiamo trascorso delle piacevoli giornate, La house kipper Maria è stata molto gentile e accogliente e la casa era più amplia e più bella di come si presentava in foto. È il proprietario Russel è stato molto disponibile e tutto è stato all’altezza delle nostre aspettative.

Cómodo chalet para estancia tranquila
La casa resulta muy cómoda para una estancia larga y tranquila. La cocina es grande y está bien equipada, las barbacoas estupendas y la piscina es amplia aunque no pudimos utilizarla por la climatología. En general, la casa está bien equipada y limpia. Tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente pero se solucionó de forma rápida. El ruido de los perros es el normal de una urbanización en la que hay perros al cuidado de chalets, nada más. El chalet está ubicado en una urbanización tranquila, a veinte min de Murcia

Heerlijke vakantie in een heel fijn huis
Heerlijk huis (villa Suave) dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Het was prachtig schoon. De contactpersoon Maria woont er recht tegenover en is goed bereikbaar. Hebben we nauwelijks nodig gehad. Het zwembad is in februari fris. Het wijkje waar de villa in staat is niet bijzonder, maar het is een prima uitvalsbasis naar de hoogtepunten in de omgeving. Kortom aanrader!

Finca sehr schön, aber Umfeld sehr sehr laut, keine Ruhe
Die Finca ist sehr schön, aber es ist unendlich laut. In der Nachtbarschaft sind mindestens 10 Hunde, die fast zu jeder Tages und Nachtszeit bellen. Auch Jugendliche die spät abends noch mit ihren lauten Mopeds immer wieder die Straße rauf und runter fahren. Furchtbar. Wir haben nach einem furchtbaren Jahr 2023, mit 2 Todesfällen in der Familie, nur Ruhe gesucht. Aber leider nicht gefunden. Wir kommen hier sicher nie wieder her.

Maison très propre et bien équipée
La maison est très propre avec beaucoup d'équipements. Il manquait quasiment rien. Le linge de maison est également propre. L'accueil était très bien, Malgré la barrière de la langue la communication avec Maria était facile, on arrive toujours à se comprendre. Les enfants ont bien profité de la piscine (réglage du chlore à revoir peut être!). La maison se trouve dans une résidence très calme, Cependant, elle est un petit peu loin des commerces, on ne peut se déplacer qu'on voiture, mais c'est quelque chose qu'on connaissait au moment de la réservation. Le commerce de proximité le plus proche se trouve à 7 minutes en voiture. Pour information, l'utilisation des climatiseurs est payante, si vous voulez utiliser les climatiseurs vous devez acheter une carte rechargeable à 25€, malheureusement, on savait pas qu'il fallait payer ce supplément. Globalement, nous avons passé de bonnes vacances, et nous étions contents de notre choix de location.

Han sido unas vacaciones fantásticas, la casa tiene todo lo necesario para el día a día. La piscina y el espacio son una maravilla. María la ama de llaves una mujer fantástica nos lo puso todo super fácil. En resumen la casa de 10. Para ver más sitios están bastante cerca... En coche te mueves super fácil en media hora tienes un montón de pueblitos y playas para disfrutar. Nuestro crío se lo a pasado súper bien y nosotros teníamos la tranquilidad que buscábamos....

SEJOUR AGREABLE
La maison est située dans un lotissement très calme et sécurisé. Maison et propriété propre. Trés bien équipée. Le propriétaire a répondu très rapidement à nos interrogations et la dame (Maria) qui nous a remis les clés est très disponible. Notre séjour a été très agréable et nous avons profité de la piscine et du soleil. Je recommande.

Estancia agradable
Confortable, bien equipada, bien mantenida, con aire acondicionado y ventiladores (no hemos necesitado el aire acondicionado). Por cierto el aire acondicionado tiene un contador de consumo independiente y funciona con tarjetas de 25€ que te proporciona María (la "ama de llaves"). Obviamente el consumo depende de la utilización que se haga del AA, y supongo que del precio de la electricidad, pero orientativamente una tarjeta (25€) da para una semana así que no es problema. No hay más gastos, ni fianza, ni gastos de limpieza u otros consumos (sólo se paga aparte el aire). Hay muchas playas a unos 20 minutos en coche (Mar Menor). Nosotros hemos preferido ir al Mediterráneo (también llamado aquí "Mar Mayor") y hemos tardado entre 25 y 30 minutos. La casa tiene mosquiteras en todas las ventanas, pero es misión imposible que no entren las moscas... Las únicas "pegas" que hemos encontrado es que no había cafetera, ni italiana, ni americana, ni de cápsulas... (hay una de émbolo pero al menos yo no considero "eso" una cafetera...). Los dos ventiladores del comedor no funcionaban, lo que hubiera estado bien para la hora de comer... Y había una bombilla fundida en la zona del cenador o pérgola exterior y por la noche había poca luz en esa zona (se veía algo con las luces de la piscina). El propietario ha respondido siempre muy rápido a todos los mensajes, correos... Le pedimos sartenes pues la que había para freír estaba en mal estado y enseguida nos trajeron un juego de sartenes nuevas. Lo peor han sido las moscas (había muuuuchas moscas y era realmente molesto). Y los ruidos por la noche de los perros (debe haber una perrera cerca porque no era normal). Con estas salvedades, muy bien. María y Félix son atentos y serviciales. Ha sido una estancia agradable.

Great villa for all the family
The villa had everything we needed. The directions were easy to follow and the beaches weren’t far away. Maria was really helpful and we spent a lot of time in the pool. I would recommend insect repellent as I was bitten a lot when I was outside in the evening.

Propiedad amplia
La casa es muy amplia y tal cual como muestra el anuncio. Pudimos llevar a nuestros perros, son dos y muy grandes y no tuvimos ningún problema. Hay que tener medio de transporte ya que es una urbanización alejada, pero en 15 minutos estás en playas o comercios. La limpieza es mejorable.

Home after a lovely week away.
The villa has everything you can think of. The pool was a great size for a party of 7. The photos do not justify what you see when you arrive. 20-30 minute to most towns where you would find a Supermarkets coffee shops and restaurants. We did this each morning to break up the day. (Recommend Los Alcázares) Russell was quick at responding to any questions we had. The only two issues I would say we had was the aircon in the lounge and the showers.
