"A great simple house in a stunning location."

"Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay."

"We had a fantastic stay at this country retreat. From the moment we booked Chez was a gracious and attentive host, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property itself was beautifully presented with four big queen rooms, open fires, an amazing outdoor entertaining area and large central bench style kitchen. The rooms in this home are more spacious than expected in a house of this size. very clean inside and outside. neat tidy and very accessible. some small extras like a few games for adults and kids, also books, some minor pantry items and plenty of linen and towels."

"Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad."

"Our booking for this property was made in February 2024, on the morning of our check in after attempting to find out where to collect our key, we were notified that this property was double booked. We had soccer competitions this weekend and everything Shepparton was booked out. No notification in advance, no email and no call. Absolutely terrible!"

"Great location It’s was just felt like you were at home with all the little extras that were included. For example the pantry had food the fridge was also not bare and there was even washing powder ready in the laundry to use. Thanks so much for making it an easy comfortable stay 😊"
