"I came in December, which is their low season, so I was basically one of the very few people staying at the hotel. The receptionist was only around for the check-in. The cleaning staff only showed up once. The rest of the time, they expect you to call if you need help, which is not realistic for foreign travellers, especially if you are not fluent in French or Italian. The building is locked, so basic safety is not an issue. However, when the internet went out, I had no way to contact anyone...

"Easy stroll to town centre (go one street up from main road for a quieter option). Modern hotel, easy check in. Motorcycles - only use parking 1 (entrance nearest sea front) or you will get stuck between two barriers. Very comfortable room with massive TV. Powerful shower and a kettle in the room. "Regrettably I am unable to leave a 5 star review for this property. Firstly, the property is within a working yard shared with the owners and other nearby neighbours. The photos are slightly miss-leading in this regard. Secondly, the property cleanliness wasn't up to standard. The shower had quite a bit of mould and lots of established spider webs all across the kitchen, living room and bedroom. Secluded and peaceful mountain retreat

"A lovely hillside development of purpose built rooms in the mountains. We received a warm reception. The room lovely and inventive in its design. We really loved it. A small terrace outside was where our breakfast was served, and this was superb. The secluded location served to teem with songbirds, I've rarely heard so many welcome the start of the day. A perfect location, a short drive from Corte where we had dinner in the evening. "
