Hotel is in relatively good shape and our room was spacious. Location near playground, lake trail, and public pool complex is great. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Check-in process was not great (staff checked us into 1 room then had to do process all over again when we pointed out we had booked 2 rooms) nor was check-out (I paid minibar and room, my wife came down a few minutes later to drop off key and was asked to pay minibar again). EUR9 for parking in the empty lot after already paying a lot for the rooms was disappointing - luckily there's another parking lot just a few meters away. Nice breakfast buffet.

Ich habe drei unvergleichliche Wellnesstage für Körper und Seele im Seehotel verbracht. Das Team von Herrn Gottschlich ist zuvorkommend, aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und gibt einem eine absolute Wohlfühlatmosphäre begegleitet von hervorragenden köstlichen Speisen in einer vielfachen Auswahl. Herr Gottschlich verbreitet eine immer freundliche hilfsbereite Art, aufgrund man ihn gerne anspricht und er jederzeit behilflich ist und Wünsche erfüllt. Ich habe den Sonnenaufgang über dem See von meinem Zimmer genossen, habe mit meinem Feldstecher die Wasservögel ausgespäht und mich morgens gerne durch ihr Konzert wecken lassen. Ich habe den Beauty-und Wellnessbereich ausgekostet und habe Gesundheit getankt. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, der auf jedenfall wiederholt wird. Alles bestens. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ich brauche eine Rechnung vom Hotel, auch wenn ich über ein Portal gebucht habe. Die will ich morgens vom Hotel mitnehmen können, damit ich auf dem Rückweg meine Reisekostenabrechnung fertigmachen kann.

Rekommenderas varmt!
Väldigt trevligt bemötande från hotellets personal. Rummen var rena och nyrenoverade och rymliga. Poolen i källaren var över all förväntan, väldigt stor och fräsch och fint duschutrymme med bastu. Perfekt för barnen med poolen efter en lång dag i bilen. Superbra frukost med både varm och kall mat samt möjlighet för barnen att göra egna våfflor. Fin fruktbuffé var också väldigt uppskattad. Parkering precis utanför hotellet, ingick inte men bekvämt. Bra mat i restaurangen där vi åt på kvällen. Det fanns en buffé som inte var något vi eller barnen var sugna på (ganska tysk mat och inte så barnvänligt) men a la carte menyn var väldigt bra, fanns även en jättebra barnmeny. Alla pratade engelska och det var väldigt enkelt med både in- och utcheckning. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell!

Ruime nette kamer met uitzicht op het meer. Gastvrij ontvangst bij de receptie en in het restaurant. Personeel was zorgzaam en zeer gastvrij, zeker nadat één van onze groep ziek werd. Wat prettig was dat we iedere ochtend konden zwemmen in het zwembad van het hotel. Dit zag er ook netjes uit. We komen graag terug.

Hyggeligt, men kun Tesla kan få strøm.
Fint og hyggeligt sted. Vi valgte stedet b.la. fordi, der var ladestander til vores elbil. Men det er ikke en Tesla, og så kunne vi ikke få strøm. Det var ikke godt.

Wahrscheinlich hatte ich das älteste Zimmer im ganzen Hotel. Aber das war wirklich „alt“. Beim Checkin habe ich 20 Minuten gewartet, bis überhaupt jemand kam und Self-Checkin war auch nicht möglich. Da kommt abends spät schon Freude auf.
