"Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Some aspects were a little dated, i.e. no charging ports on bedside stands. Only real negative was the hallway carpets, which really need to be replaced. Badly stained and not pleasant."

"Great customer service, comfortable bed, functional appliances. I’m not sure if there is an elevator, but I could not find one, which was a slight inconvenience for us. Old stains on towels and sheets."
