However we are both in our mid seventies and have slight mobility issues and were offered a room on the first floor and there was no elevator so we had to carry our heavy suitcases upstairs ourselves. The receptionist was not very responsive when I asked if only upstairs ..."

"Haus bei Ankunft von außen total dreckig,Spinnweben ohne Ende und in diesen Hunderte Mücken,Fenster sahen genauso aus,haben erstmal alles gesäubert!! AmerstenTag Therme defekt,nur Kaltwasser,wurde am nächsten Tag aber sofort ausgetauscht! Woche später plötzlich kein Fernsehprogramm mehr,Techniker ..."
