"Das Haus an sich ist ok, der Park ist sehr schön und auch die Mitarbeitenden an der Rezeption sehr nett. Jedoch suggeriert die Anzeige, dass das Haus an einem der vielen Kanäle im Park liegt (alleine mit der Beschriftung "Außenseite Haus (Sommer"). Das Objekt, das man am Ende über bellvilla erhält, liegt jedoch in der einzigen Straße im Park, die sich nicht direkt am Wasser befindet. Bellvilla sieht hier jedoch kein Problem und auch keine Täuschung des Kunden. Wenn jemand, den wirklich schönen...

"Leider können wir zum Aufenthalt keine Bewertung vornehmen. Am Check-in wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass die Buchung storniert wurde. Eine Mai haben wir zwei Stunden vor Check-in erhalten und diese hatten wir leider noch nicht gelesen. Bei einer Anreise von sechs Stunden! Wir mussten nach Hause fahre! leider vom Veranstalter keine Rückmeldung auf unsere Beschwerde erhalten."

"Belvilla est a fuire impérativement !!!! Pas de confirmation du voyage alors que nous partions dans les 48h malgré nos relances. Au moins 4 appels au sav d'Abritel qui ont tenté de contacter l'hôte. Seulement 36h avant le départ, nous avons su que la réservation était annulée !"

"Great little location. Wished there was more up front communication that the indoor pool would not be open as that was why we chose it. Staff friendly and helpful, great store to grab the forgotten essentials, very fun parks and area to walk with kids, two restaurants close- walking distance! Perfect location to explore the area!"

"The accommodation was neat and clean. The park is walking distance from Kijkduin‘s beautiful beaches. The checkin and checkout process was easy. You collect your keys and keycard from the office at the entrance at arrival, and drop them off at departure. Remember to bring your own linen and towels. The park has a well stocked store where you can find almost everything else that you might eed for your stay.
