"The worst customer service ever. This is a bait and switch place. The checkin- they never sent me the email to check in. Had to go through hotels to get them to set it. Then lugged up the luggage to find out that the code didn’t work. Hit up hotels again to find out that they have the wrong address. Finally went to the next place. Up another three flights. Place is nice looking and stuff but dirty. Mold in bathroom. Blood stain on sheets. No Wi-Fi. The auto light in hallway stays on for 10...

"My mum and I stayed in Antwerp for a weekend trip together, and Enoch’s flat was ideal. The location was good and the flat was lovely and bright and modern. It was very clean, apart from inside the kitchen drawers and the oven, but as we weren’t cooking a lot it didn’t bother us too much.
