"It's about 20m away by bus from Centraal Station—not bad, but it's not the city centre if that's what you're looking for. The one-bedroom is very nice, equipped with a small kitchenette & basic needs, oven, fridge, dining table, and living area. "Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It is located about 5 mins walk away from the Central Amsterdam station and is fairly near to many attractions! Staff were very helpful and approachable. The rooms were huge and had kitchenette and washer / dryer. Perfect for couples and small families! "

"The room was bright and airy due to the ceiling height with exposed beams, in a pretty street in a cool area. The rooms facilities, are lacking. As in it was poorly equipped.. No hangers any where, not for towels, coats or for clothes in the wardrobe. The shower cubicle has no way to stop the water from pooling out to the toilet space, and again nowhere to hang the sopping wet floor towel. No drinking water in the room, not two spoon but one, and one welcome pack not two, Not one double...

"Initial access to property was difficult. Instructions were not timely and when received did not include how to access the external door to reach the safe where the physical key was located, so had to use international plan to call the property contact. Location of property was good. Bus to free ferry to and from Amsterdam Centraal ran every 30 mins. The ferry was every 4 mins and took very little time to cross. "Hello, I really enjoyed my stay here. The only negative thing that happened during my stay was the bar/waiter in the dining area,She was not friendly at all very rude. She rushed me and my friend every time we approach the bar just not a friendly person besides that the hotel and everything else was amazing room was super clean no issues"

"Loved our stay at this hotel. Clean, excellent location, and staff were super helpful. There are lots of gorgeous design touches in the decor and lots of lovely personal touches in general like umbrellas by the door and lovely bathrobes and toiletries in the bathrooms. Happened to mention was my husband’s birthday and we came back to wine and chocolates and a handwritten card! Could not have asked for a nicer stay! Thank you! "

"My Team has been staying at this Hotel for the last few years during a conference we attend at the RAI. Being so close to the Metro and all the amazing dinner options in the center of Amsterdam has been fantastic. Great staff and service. No complaints and will be back next year."

Great location and great hotel

"Hotel was well kept, great location for seeing the city with its proximity to the central station. Best part was we were able to buy a lot of museums and transportation passes from the lobby of the hotel. Breakfasts are definitely worth it. "
