I had excellent help from the front desk, Leo and Bram at the bar, excellent and knowledgable Maintenance guy, Michael, who fixed the safe and my luggage, and the room service lady. This hotel is a gem. Very comfortable too. Don’t expect USA size rooms of course, but my 2 stays now were perfectly adequate and comfy. There is very nice seating in the 3 lounge areas and further towards the bar area. You can meet the cars too! Complimentary sweets, cakes, coffees all go towards the care and detail given to make a stay memorable. Looking forward to a 3rd opportunity to visit Amsterdam and stay here again. "

"My husband and I stayed at Hotel Casa for a week in Amsterdam. We were a little hesitant because it is outside the city centre. However, we are very happy we made the decision to stay here. It is a quiet area that provided a refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Central station is less than a 10 minute ride from Amstel Station, which is right next to the hotel. Day trips were also cheaper from Amstel Station. The hotel was clean and quiet, with rooms bigger than normal for Europe. Staff were fabulous. They were kind and helpful and really made us feel welcome and at home. Bed was comfortable, shower was clean and had sufficient hot water. We would definitely stay here again. "
