The staff were amazing, always kind and helpful. Breakfast had great choices. Transportation was outside our door, along with restaurants and stores/bakeries. Overall one of the best locations I have ever stayed for a quick trip to Europe.

This hotel is ok for a short stay we are a family of 4 and we had a family room which was great it accommodated us with enough room for our 4 large suitcases however the family rooms are on level 7 and the lift goes to level 6 then you walk up 2 flights of stares with luggage it is a bit of a task. The wifi did not work well in the evening as it cut out. Service was good & friendly Rooms were serviced daily and were clean The area and people around the hotel is rough and can be a bit confronting at night however we did not have any issues. The train station across the road is a huge bonus when travelling to additional countries.

Reception at check in were helpful and friendly. Convenience of breakfast nice but not really worth the cost. Room was really small. TV on wall in inconvenient place. Kept hitting it when I walked by. Hotel located across from railroad station. Great convenience for us. We stayed two nights and really just slept as we attended Christmas markets so it was okay for us.

Room photos did not match the expectation for the room. There is no air-conditioning, but some kind of window fan system that lets in outside noise and the hotel is across from the train station. The service was potentially fine, but we were price gauged due to Oktoberfest.

Absolutely horrific bathroom setup. The shower could not about pouring water all over the bathroom floor so everything was soaked. The beds were extremely stiff. Outside the noise was unbearable, people yelling and cars honking all throughout the night.
