Mistaken/False Reservation
This hotel was bought out last spring and has not been listing with hotels.com since then. When we arrived, during Oktoberfest, we were informed our reservation didn't exist. Munich VIP was very helpful and ended up working with hotels.com to accommodate us for two nights and we were relocated for a final night. Overall, Munich VIP was great and accommodating, just make sure you confirm your reservation with them if you are booking here.

The property was clean and nice. The staff were helpful and good people. The WiFi worked and was reliable. The only negatives were the lack of an elevator and the person who cleaned the room did not clean dishes even though there was an extra cleaning fee that was paid at the hotel.

Mitt i stadslivet och nära till kommunikation vilket var ett stort +. Vi hade bokat och betalt för 6 pers och fick sängar för 3. Kompletterades med resesängar som ej höll för fullvuxen. Fick sova i soffan som var fläckig. Hyresvärden sa att boendet var avbokat via appen och därför uppstod denna situation ?!
