I stayed for a week and didn’t have any issue with anything. Loved the hotel, room was clean, good space, near metro, tram and bus stops. The price is great considering everything is expensive. Also there is a supermarket really close. I’ll definitely will stay there whenever I get back to Munich.

Overall a great stay, the only issue was the room size. We couldn’t even open the luggage inside the room.

The rooms are sooooo small. We have been traveling for two weeks and needed more space to repack, etc. We also had no housekeeping services one day which was very difficult -- we came home to dirty towels on the shower floor and no clean ones or beds made, etc.

No one picks up phone, Thieving staff
Horrible service. I forgot my headphones (250Eur) in the room and noticed it one hour after checkout. I tried to call during the whole day, no one picked up. In the evening I went there and they were gone. Probabky one of the staff stole them or threw them in the washing machine. Incredible.

Personal freundlich und aufmerksam, das ist sehr positiv aufgefallen. Das Haus ist in modernem, unaufdringlichem Design, viel Platz am Empfang und im Bar/Lounge Bereich. Die Zimmer sind im Vergleich ein bisschen zu klein, waren aber sauber, alles soweit in Ordnung. Frühstücksangebot top, da fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Schade, dass es keinen Spa- und/oder Wellnessbereich gibt, da muss die nächste Wahl auf ein anderes Haus fallen. Insgesamt ein angenehmer, schöner Aufenthalt, das Haus kann auf jeden Fall empfohlen werden!
