Great location 2 minutes walk from Karlsplatz. Excellent dining options nearby. The room was a good size for two people and their luggage- and though the bed seems small, it is comfortable. The bathroom is also a good size with a nice shower. Renice (sp?) at the front desk was a terrific help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

We had a room in the attic so head height was a real problem. It also meant we could not open the window as it interfered with the curtains, and although we had a lot of noise from the trams on the street, we had no street view. Avoid these rooms. Otherwise hotel OK

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the city historic center. Rooms are small but nice and staff were very friendly

It is a super nice hotel. The reason I give 4-star is because it is bit noisy at night. It is located in a Main Street close to center train station, so it is normal. It is very safe, staffs of the hotel are also securities. It has safe in room. Only 2 minutes walking to enter the train station, the entrance close to U4/U5 (to Oktoberfest). No breakfast in hotel, but you will find many place in train station to get your breakfast. Reasonable price. Strong recommendation for people w/o sleeping problem like me.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the historic center and the central station, just a few minutes walk. It is surrounded by restaurants and places to shop. The staff was very friendly at all times helping with our questions. Despite being very close to the center city, the room was big.

Nice big and well-appointed rooms. Good service and the staff seemed good. The location is very convenient (right between the train station and old town) but the neighborhood seems a bit scary.

Terrific staff, very very good value for money. When you stay at a small hotel near a train station, you expect the worst. But between the very helpful staff, surprisingly large rooms, good amenities, and cleanliness, this was a very pleasant surprise all around.

Really great staff - so helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom didnt seem to have a fan or ventilation, so very damp. The bar fridge in the room has a glass door and a very bright light inside - not great if you need to dark to sleep. Very central location.

The hotel was clean, the room was large with a big modern bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is walking distance from the main train station, where the Lufthansa Express bus from the airport also stops. A little noisy around the area and some street people. Fast food nearby, but a good restaurant is the Munich Stubn (Google it) not far away with good food and great staff.
