Great location 2 minutes walk from Karlsplatz. Excellent dining options nearby. The room was a good size for two people and their luggage- and though the bed seems small, it is comfortable. The bathroom is also a good size with a nice shower. Renice (sp?) at the front desk was a terrific help and very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return in the future.

The hotel has an excellent location, close to the historic center and the central station, just a few minutes walk. It is surrounded by restaurants and places to shop. The staff was very friendly at all times helping with our questions. Despite being very close to the center city, the room was big.

Skip the middle man!
Great location. Very roomy family suite! Front desk staff was AMAZING! Manager, not so much. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I would simply not recommend hotels.com. Go straight to the hotel website! Location was great for walking to city center, historic places, getting on transportation and to Oktoberfest!

Nice big and well-appointed rooms. Good service and the staff seemed good. The location is very convenient (right between the train station and old town) but the neighborhood seems a bit scary.
