This place is falsely listed of offering breakfast...they don't ...the bathroom had no soap nor shampoo and the room I got was old...they gave me a room on the fourth floor and then told me the elevator wasn't working...all in all...a hotel designed to host homeless people

The room was really small even don't have space to open suitcase, the price of 116 Euros by one night is too too too high Please don't book in case if they even sell for 20 Euros

Other than being only 10 minutes to the Theresienwiese, the budget friendliness, and the staff being nice, it was not a good stay. Thankfully we only stayed one night. You could hear the disco up to the fourth floor as well as anytime somebody was opening their room door. No sound barriers whatsoever. No toilet paper holder in the bathroom. The sheets appeared to be disposable, very thin and itchy. The pillows were very uncomfortable.

Bei der Ankunft vor Ort musste ich leider feststellen dass das gebuchte Hotel kein Hotel mehr ist, und sich im Gebäude ein eine Baustelle befindet. Bei der hinterlegten Rufnummer auf der Buchung war niemand erreichbar. Über den Expedia Chat konnte ich Kontakt aufnehmen, wurde dann angerufen. Leider wurde mir dann nur gesagt das Expedia nichts davon wüsste, das eine Baustelle im Hotel ist. Die Suche vor Ort nach einer neuen Unterkunft habe ich selbst in die Hand genommen, einmal Expedia und nie wieder. Über Expedia werde ich nie wieder etwas buchen, Katastrophe wenn man nicht Bescheid bekommt übers Hotel, Katastrophe jemanden zu erreichen über Telefon, ……. Alles in allem eine einzige Katastrophe!!!!!

Kein Pro/ Contra aber als Information: -Die Matratzen sind sehr sehr weich -beim Personal kann nicht jeder deutsch. Pro: -Sehr günstig und optimale Lage -> 4 minuten zum Hauptbahnhof -> 20 minuten zur Altstadt -> 20 minuten zur Wiesn - Sehr gutes Wlan( passwort an der Rezeption) - Personal war sehr nett und immer vor Ort - Problemloser In bzw. Check- out - Bad war sauber Contra: - kein Klopapier( noch nicht mal eine Halterung vorhanden) - Fernseher nur Deko - Spiegel im Bad sehr klein und zu hoch ( mit 1,85cm kann man reinschauen) kein weiterer Spiegel vorhanden - beim Duschen wurde das ganze Badezimmer nass weil die trennwand zu schmal war - sehr hellhörig - Belüftung im Bad sehr laut - das blaue Zimmer war sehr dunkel - Aufzug kann erst ab dem Vierten stock gerufen werden - kein Schrank vorhanden - Nur zwei kleine Lampen am Bett vorhanden - Umgebung ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - auf der Matratze lagen noch Haare ( vom vorherigen Gast oder der Hotelkraft) -Gardienenvorrichtung hing schon halb von der Decke - kein Nachttisch vorhanden

Mi spiace dirlo, ma questi ragazzi non sanno esattamente cosa significhi gestire un hotel e essere accoglienti verso i clienti. L'esperienza al check in molto fredda e inaccogliente. Alla richiesta del wifi mi é stato detto che non era disponibile, ma che forse piu tardi (forse per magia?) avrebbe funzionato; inutile dire che piu tardi non é stato disponibile. La qualita delle lenzuola e dei cuscini davvero scadente. In piu c'è stato un suono costante dal piano superiore (forse una perdita d'acqua?) tutta la notte che mi ha svegliato costantemente. Morale, ho dormito malissimo. Giusto per completare, ho visto due camere completamente aperte e non sistemate in due giorni; giusto per capire il livello di inefficienza.

Die ebenerdige Dusche ist neu, die Farbe der Wände je Stockwerk unterschiedlich und ansprechend. Ein Haken für den Mantel oder kleiner Schrank für die Kleidung fehlte leider.

Leider war diese Unterkunft nicht toll, Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen über Staub lag auf der Vertäfelung und allgemein sehr staubig.Vorhang hing nur auf ein paar Halterungen und Wifi sowie Fernsehen gingen nicht.

This was the worst hotel I have ever been in. My room was dark (not enough lights), unfinished/unrepaires from many points and smelly at the bathroom. Cannot recommend this hotel.

Esta ubicado cerca de la Estación central pero del centro histórico a 1km. El wifi nunca existió, las sabanas tampoco, tenia como una funda rl colchon y ya, las toallas pequeñas, no había ni wifi ni desayuno. Y el personal poco agradable y nada servicial o atentos. Dormi con mucha desconfianza. Igualmente el baño es nuevo y muy limpio, al igual que la habitación y el colchon. Me quejo porque me costó muy cara la estadia. Es para una sola noche y no volveria.

オクトーバーフェストと重なったこともありますが、一泊２万円超でベッドしかない部屋には驚きました。清掃も行き届いている訳ではなく不衛生な印象を抱きます。 また、早朝、深夜に複数回にわたってスタッフか客にドアを叩かれました。就寝していたので叩かれた理由は不明です。周辺の治安があまりよくないので不審者が侵入してくることもあります。宿泊の際はお気をつけください。
