Very convenient to grocery and shops.
This was the hotel for us because it's right next to many shops and grocery and easy undeground paid parking. 1 hour walk to the English garden in google but that walk is beautiful with lots of scenic views of the river, greeneries and daily life scene in Munich. They have amazing hot and cold breakfast selection.

The hotel was good but when I made the reservation I paid to have breakfast included and then at the moment of checkout I was asked to pay for breakfast AGAIN. Very disappointed since I had already paid for all of it through Expedia.
