Fußläufig erreichen Sie in 15 Minuten den Englischen Garten und in guten 20 Minuten die Maximilanstraße. Zudem befindet sich 5 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt eine Tram Haltestelle.

Die Wohnung ist 45 m2 groß und besticht besonders durch den Altbau-Charme und die hohen Decken. Beim Betreten der Wohnung befindet man sich im Wohnzimmer mit einer neuen, voll ausgestatteten Designerküche - das Sofa kann zu einem Bett moduliert werden. TV inklusive WLAN ist vorhanden.
Im hinteren Teil der Wohnung befinden sich das Schlafzimmer (mit großem Boxspringbett) und das separate Badezimmer.
