Disappointed
PROS: great location, nice design (but sparse as advertized on VRBO), recently renovated. CONS: expected to be able to reduce the noise outside (it's a boisterous neighborhood) by turning on the aircon at night but the system is malfunctioning and noisy. Raised this issue with the property manager on day one...to no avail. Also the windows (which are a major feature of the apartment) were filthy (inside). Pots and pans, dishes and cutlery were unclean, we were given one hand towel and one bath towel for two adults. The kitchen lacked several essential items like a bottle opener, dish towels, etc. etc. Overall, the apartment didn’t feel ready for our stay.
