"My wife and I took a long weekend break and stayed in the Shawood Bottling Room. It was a wonderful stay. Nice high ceilings, good kitchen, parking, etc. Everything we were hoping for. We made our way up the paddock to watch the sunset each night, which was a great suggestion from the host. Not a critique, but I would have loved to have the option to purchase some local wine too. Mind you, we did shop ourselves at the various cellar doors. A great space and location to get away from it all."

"The property was booked for an annual weekend catch up with long term friends dating from our childhood in a small country town. We are now all in our sixties and spread all over NSW and have been booking properties for these catch ups for over 17 years Abercorn is right up there with any we have visited over this time Sara and her husband were accommodating and receptive hosts who were prepared to go that extra mile to ensure our stay was a happy experience.The property was well presented,...
