Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is on lakefront at sandpiper lake condos.
we are a few blocks from mcgalliard rd(sr 332).
Inside there is one br up and one down .
bath up and down also.
up is the kitchen; dining; living room and bedroom and bath.
both bedrooms have queen beds with tvs.
tv in living room also.
there is a deck off the top floor overlooking the lake and also a patio on the bottom floor.
1 car garage and also a hot tub in the garage.
u will love our well appointed condo.

Excellent stay!
Clean, well appointed, convenient location, lovely, quiet neighborhood. Few repairs needs to be done..(dripping faucets, few spots in the walls, blind slats broken, pendent globe gone) but overall, we had a wonderful stay and would be very happy to use that location again on our next visit. Oh....and the stair chair lift was an additional and delightful added bonus!!

Peaceful Escape
The condo is in a nice, safe community with friendly neighbors. It had a well stocked kitchen for all our cooking/eating needs. The setting overlooking the lake with the geese and ducks was peaceful and relaxing. There was plenty of seating area to enjoy together. Although we did not need it, there is a chair lift to help handicapped people upstairs to the main level. Finally, it is close to needed shopping/ restaurant. We will definitely keep this in mind for our future visits with family.

Nice location
Certainly could tell an elderly couple must have been the owners of this condo. Pet odors were left behind and several things needed repair that previous guests have left notes about in the guest book at the condo, such as the toilet paper holder.

This VRBO's offering of a motorized chair lift made this a Big Win for us and our 101-y-o mother!! Perhaps unusual amenity, but kudos to owners for attending to it.

Perfect mini getaway
Booked the condo for a 2 night weekend stay due to a volleyball tournament in yorktown. The place was like a mini vacation, the lake view was beautiful, the weather was perfect and I was able to grill some food in the patio and soak in the hot tub before bed. If my daughter has any more volleyball tournaments nearby I will 100% look for this listing first. The condo had all the necessities and the location was perfect. Volleyball is stressful and it was so nice to have this place to go to after a long day of games and before the next days game. Thank you so much.

The residence was very clean. Not easy to find in dark.
The property is very nice! Wasnt easy to find in dark with so many places. Hot tub could use a cleaning as the water had a yellow tinge to it, so we didn't use it. Other than that little tid bit, the place was excellent! Will be renting her in future for our visits and stays.

Great condo
We really enjoyed our experience staying in this condo. It was a little tricky to find in the dark but we did make it with a little extra effort. The hot tub was a great touch in the winter but we did accidentally lock ourselves in the garage. Communication with the host was easy and a plumbing problem was fixed right away even on a Saturday. Only con for us was bed comfort but we would still stay again.

July 4th biking weekend
My husband and I stayed here with another couple. We biked the entire Cardinal Greenway over the July 4th weekend. This condo was the perfect spot for our group. It was only a couple of miles for us to bike to the trail, neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly. Condo was clean and had everything we needed to cook and grill. Check in process was easy. We really enjoyed spending time on the deck after long days of biking. We had a great time here and will definitely book this again when we want to stay in the Muncie area.

The property was nice. I had a bit of confusion trying to read house numbers from main drive, but after understanding them it was fine. I had to buy coffee for the coffee pot, none was available in the property. Could have been an oversight. Overall, we had an enjoyable time. We would return if we're back in the area. Thanks

This was a nice and convenient place to stay
I overlooked that I needed to text a week in advance to get the entry code.There were two numbers to call if we were in need. We called the husband to get the code. He told us that he was in the hospital and asked us to call his wife. She passed along the code and instructions to get in. The condo had not been cleaned after the last guests. The bed was unmade and there were towels on the bathroom floor. We went to dinner while the maid came. All was fine after that. It was a pleasant place to stay.
