our country home is located south of town and close to state road 3.
u will love our spacious home with 3 bedrooms; 2 full baths; living room and family rooms.
smart tvs throughout the home.
spacious stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.
out back is a fenced in yard and a covered patio for u to enjoy with views of the countryside.
also we have a one car garage.
walmart is up the way a couple of miles and up madison street is lots of resturants and fast food. we just recently added a hot tub in the garage.

Fit Our Needs
Perfect place for our needs. Spacious house, only 15 minutes from our destination, Muncie. The ONLY knock on the place is that it is a little dated especially the bathrooms which need to be updated.

Perfect home for our family
It was a great stay for our family of 5. Enough beds for everyone and we were able to have our own spaces to hang out after long volleyball Days. My little ones especially loved the nice backyard so they could go out and run and play soccer!

Amazing stay!
We had such an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean and stocked so well that we didn’t have to worry about needing anything. The owners were also very responsive and accommodating. Can not recommend this listing enough to anyone needing to stay in the Muncie area and wanting to have a clean, cozy, quiet, comfortable place to stay.

This was our second stay at this location. The house was just as described. Everything clean and inviting. The lights were on welcoming to weary travelers. The beds were comfortable. The home is convenient to where we wanted to be in Muncie.

Nice House in Muncie
Super nice 3br 2 bath house on the Southside of Muncie. Updated appliances, great AC, spotlessly clean! Ample driveway parking, small fenced backyard for dog, back porch with charcoal grill, Walmart for supplies nearby.

We were in Muncie for our daughter’s wedding. My husband, mother in law and younger daughter were all with me. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as the kitchen were all perfect for our needs.

Had an enjoyable stay. Property was clean and comfortable. Close to everything we needed but felt like it was in the country. Everything was well stocked. I would have preferred more mixing bowls in the kitchen, but we made what was there work for us. Overall a great experience.

Cute property. Enjoyed our time in Indiana. Maybe needs new mattresses. I have never stayed in a vrbo so wasn't sure if i needed to wash towels or sheets. 🤔 When i booked the place it said we would receive email from Host of instructions, we never received an email. Overall, nice older home.

Warm welcome
It was so nice to pull in the driveway in the evening and be greeted with the porch light on and ambiance lights on throughout the house. The corn fields, trees showing off their fall colors, and green lawns was so fun to view when we woke up in the morning hours. The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

This property was close to an area we previously lived in. House, yard and area were fine. Inside: Very old furniture, house smelled musty and like urine. This house was furnished with Goodwill. Kitchen items still had Goodwill stickers, bedding old and paper thin, mattress old and not clean. K-cup coffee pot broken, not enough cups. This could be a really cute property if someone took time to fix it up. It was just what we wanted but we would not stay there again because of inside condition.

The location is great, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. First off, there were leftover ‘skid marks’ in the toilet (GROSS) they flushed right down but still 👎. The window seals were full of flies, the main shower had hairs on the walls and that’s all I need to mention. (there’s more but you get it)

Property was clean and well supplied. There is evidence of some deferred maintenance, heater in main bath is loose, some broken tiles and rusted heat register. Very pleasant and quiet location. Overall, a very pleasant stay.
