"My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at EMA House in December of last year, and it was an outstanding experience. Upon our arrival, we were warmly greeted and guided to our apartment unit. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and modern, offering a high standard of comfort. "The mattress was very soft for me and I would probably think twice before going back to this accommodation. But that's a personal preference, I prefer a much firmer mattress. Everything else was great. Clean and good location. Good price and good communication. If I wanted to be extra critical, lighting in the bathroom could be improved and perhaps provide two pillows per person rather than just one, and also provide some hand towels as we only got big shower towels. But great overall."

"Apartment was very clean and Danielle was very communicative and easy to reach. The shower nozzle was broken and sprayed everywhere. Quiet and safe neighborhood, but the upstairs neighbor in the unit above, walked around a lot. "

"We touched down in Zurich at 8 am after a long 10-hour flight with our two kids, and we couldn’t believe our luck! The hotel was so accommodating – they helped us with an early check-in and didn’t even charge us! I was absolutely relieved and grateful for that. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and spoke an impressive variety of languages, which made us feel right at home. The hotel itself is spotless, modern, and in a fantastic location. The restaurant had delicious food, and the drinks were refreshing, all served with amazing hospitality. It was such a wonderful experience!"
