"This was our second stay at a Seeger Living in Karlsruhe City Center. I like the one on Karlstrasse 42-44 slightly better, but both were great. They are always super fast with any questions and concerns. I went to the wrong location, and they were very quick getting me where I needed to go. The location is fantastic. Grocery store with bakery right across the street, and many stores and great restaurants within easy walking distance. This is definitely my place to stay in Karlsruhe!!"

"We loved staying at this location! The house was very comfortable, our whole family kept saying "it feels like we're staying at Grandma's house!". Everything we needed was there and the whole house was just a nice relaxing place to come home to after a long day of walking around. As others mention, the walk up the hill is a bit challenging, especially carrying luggage, but the view makes it worth it! "We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses ist sehr geräumig. Das Schlafzimmer ist groß, die Betten sind wirklich Spitze!! Verdunklung nur per Rollo, und die funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und sogar noch Einiges mehr. Kleiner Tisch zum Essen. "Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Wir hatten ein paar wundervolle Tage in Baden-Baden. Man kann von der Wohung aus loswandern und auch ein Bäcker ist am Morgen in Reichweite. Selbst ein Parkplatz in Reichweite hat sich immer gefunden. Die Gegend selbst ist wunderschön. Hier kann man Urlaub genießen!"

"Wer die Natur und Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig. Urige Unterkunft mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Es gibt hausgemachte Marmeladen und Säfte. Baden-Baden ist ganz in der Nähe. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. "

"This Ferienhaus is perfect for families and/or those who want to have the amenities of a home and be able to cook and do laundry. So much space and having two bedrooms is such a luxury when traveling with a child. "

"Empfang freundlich, hilfsbereit. Wohnung war sehr einfach, uns fehlte die Küche um uns wirklich wohlzufühlen. Warmes Wasser hatten wir nur in der Dusche, zum Abwaschen Wasser im Kocher erwärmt. Lage der Wohnung ist sehr schön aber für uns nicht geeignet weil etwas eingeschränkt im Laufen. Sehr viele Treppen zur Ferienwohnung bzw eine steile Straße hoch. Parkmöglichkeit direkt an der steilen Straße. Verkehrsanbindung sehr gut an die Straßenbahn(5 Minuten hin, 10 zurück s.o.)"

"Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."

"Wir haben vier Tage in den Herbstferien im Feriendorf Eichwald verbracht. Das Haus hatten wir zum zweiten mal gebucht, weil wir uns dort einfach wohl fühlen. Die Einrichtung ist modern und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Aus allen Fenstern und von der Terrasse hat man einen wunderschönen Blick ins Grüne und sogar auf den Felsen Kriemhildenstein.
