I am pleased to introduce my STUDIO APARTMENT on the Terrace of Laxmi Niwas HomeStay bungalow in Chembur, Mumbai 400074.
It is ideally used for Family stay / woman stay.
TERRACE ROOM: On the terrace (second floor accessible by wide staircase), a big (18ft by 11 ft) room with added private balcony and attached bathroom. You can access open shared terrace area of 400 sq ft. with lots of tree cover is a common. It is risky to leave your child alone in open terrace area.
Can accommodate up to 4 guests.
• Basic charge of Rs. 4000 per day for up to 3 adults.
• Maximum 1 Extra guest @ Rs. 1000 each.
• Minimum 7 days of booking is required.
Meals: Break Fast / Lunch / Dinner is cooked in our kitchen as per details mentioned in Menu below. Full self-cooking facility is available for guests.
Check in time - check out time 24 hours. Half day facility after seven days of minimum stay.
Facilities offered:
1. Power and water 24 hours.
2. Large floor tiles, plastic painted walls and bathroom walls tiled from floor to ceiling. Room has AC.
3. Room has a 6 ft by 7 ft bed wooden bed, a 6 ft by 6 ft sofa cum bed and chairs.
4. Refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, Satellite TV. Assorted crockery is provided. Three burner gas stove and cooking utensils are available.
5. Bathroom has geyser, mirror, mug +bucket and basic toiletries.
6. Private parking for one guest car and garden.
7. Rate includes ‘once a day’ house-keeping (including washing vessels and clothes), electricity and water.
8. Free Wi-Fi.
9. Minimum 7 days of stay
Compliances : 1. Ground floor HomeStay is approved by MTDC AND India Tourism, to operate B&B / Homestay 2. We are registered with FRRO (for Foreigners). 3. GST is NOT applicable! 4. Kitchen is registered with FDA / FSSAI registration 21520034000059.
My back ground: I hold a Masters’ Degree in Commerce from University of Bombay and also am a Fellow Member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India, with twenty years of experience in Investment Banking (Mumbai and Riyadh) and five years as a Professor (Finance) and reputed Management Institutes.
Property Features:
The Bungalow is within 250 meters of the Fertilizer Township Monorail Station and enjoys superb connectivity due to the Monorail, Eastern Freeway, BKC connector and the Santacruz Chembur Link Road (SCLR). Chembur is now almost central as Vashi, CST / Colaba / Nariman Point,Bandra / Airport are all within an hour of peak time driving.
North facing, corner Bungalow is in center of Collector Colony, Chembur, Mumbai 400074. Frontage of 70 feet by 35 feet.. Power, water and gas 24 hours. All wiring and plumbing is concealed. You can access many restaurants and bars nearby. Many mom & pop stores (kirana) and medical shops are close by.

Covenants:
1. Right of admission reserved with hosts.
2. Alcohol consumption permitted for foreigners and permit holders
3. Strictly prohibited
a. Functions / Rasams that create noise or crowds, band baja, loud speakers, crackers etc. The objective is NOT to be a nuisance to the neighbors.
b. Cooking in compound.
c. Smoking in the premises.
4. Visitors not allowed. Late night restrictions
5. Outside mattresses / bed sheets/ pillows / carpets are not allowed. Bed sheets and towels are changed after four days of stay.
6. There is a NO PARKING NOTICE put up by traffic police outside my bungalow. Pls adehere.
7. Please put off the air-conditioner and geyser when not needed.
8. We prefer that you are there when housekeeping happens – expected time is between 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs.
9. There will be initial stock of tea, sugar and coffee on the house. Refills need to be done by guests..
10. Check in time / Check out time 24 hrs. Extensions will be charged in blocks of half day charges.
11. Minimum Seven days booking. Maximum of 4 guests. –
12. Complimentary maid services for sweeping, mopping, washing clothes and dishes–once a day
13. PLEASE DO NOT BRING GUESTS.
14. Disputes, if any, will be subject to resolutions within Mumbai jurisdiction.
Pricing: MINIMUM OF RS.4000 FOR UP TO 3 guests. Additional guest (maximum 1 more) will be charged Rs.1000 per head. Security deposit Rs.5000/-is requited.. Deductions will be made for damages or dues.
Booking and cancellation rules: Fifty percent advance at time of booking. This advance will be refunded fifty percent if booking is cancelled 45 days prior to stay. No refund if cancellation is within 45 days of stay. Balance fifty percent at time of check in.
