Very nice stay
Staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The complimentary breakfast was really nice and filling. They also let us keep our bags there after we checked out, these were kept safely for us

Old world courtesy, but fully 21st century outlook
We stayed two nights and found the hotel to be in an excellent location for seeing the tourist attractions of Mumbai. We had arrived in Mumbai after a long train journey and despite not having a restaurant, the hotel was able to order an excellent lunch from a local restaurant which came within 20 minutes and was absolutely delicious. The beds were unbelievably comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was exactly what we as a family needed before going off to do a tour of Dharavi. The staff, headed by the wonderfully courteous and thoughtful manager, Hemond, were always polite and efficient. A hotel which does its utmost to ensure you have a restful and restorative stay.

耳栓が必要
良い点： 荷物が軽かったので、CST駅から線路沿いに北上して歩いていきました。 周辺環境に比べ、ホテルのロビーや部屋の内装は非常に綺麗です（エアコンはパナソニック、テレビは東芝）。 セイフティーボックスもありました。 部屋でのwifiも快適に利用できました。 悪い点： 滞在したのは金曜土曜の2泊でしたが、深夜まで外でカラオケが続ていました。 なお個人的には耳栓をしたので、ぐっすり眠りました。 価格も手頃だったので次回も利用したいと思っていますが、耳栓は絶対に持っていこうと思っています。
