"We loved our 5 night stay at this very well equipped dog friendly house with two bathrooms! Despite of some maintenance needed to be done, the agent was very quick to respond and the owner delivered a new BBQ next day. We will definitely would like to go back there if we return to the area. "The house was listed as a Townhouse and the main image shows a house, so we were disappointed to find out we only had the downstairs. It was a lot smaller than we'd expected. Unfortunately it hadn't been cleaned adequately in the kitchen area so there were ants. None of the remotes worked but managed to replace batteries eventually. The light & fan in the 2nd bedroom didn't work and no replacement battery to try. The bunk bed in the 2nd bedroom was not stable so moved every time anyone rolled...

"The property was clean and had almost everything we needed except for a hair dryer. The location was quiet but a bit isolated. Overall, it was very pleasant to stay at the house. "

"We booked the house originally as it was pet friendly and the photos and description of the house. Unfortunately our 17y old Maltees passed away 2 weeks prior to us leaving to go to the house. The house expectations "

"Property is very clean and the beds are comfortable. The essentials are provided though if you plan to do a big cook up you may need a few more pans. Lots of space to spread out and find a quiet place to read a book. Stunning view from the balcony and from 2 of the beds. Lovely quiet calm beach nearby which is great for a quick dip at high tide. Lovely little walks. And the dogs absolutely loved the big garden and walking on the beach and the mini pool table was great for the kids."

"We enjoyed our few days at Salamander Bay and the house is lovely. We filled the house to capacity with 8 adults, 4 kids and a baby. The only downside was the lack of an upstairs bathroom with only the ensuite off the main bedroom. Otherwise it is a great location and the organisation of the booking was seamless."

"The hotel details on hotels.com do not do the venue justice, it was far better than I anticipated "

"Beautiful apartment hotel, nice swimming pool, large rooms. Couple of issues we encountered were slow to unusable Wifi connection which is a shame, also the TV in the apartment was quite old and could not connect to wifi at all, that was fixed by the hotel changing the TV unit to a brand new one next day"
