"Clean hotel, friendly staff. Great selection for breakfast buffet. I had originally booked for myself (1 guest) but in the end, I had an extra guest. Even though it was a king bed easily large enough for a couple, the hotel charged me for the extra person. This is the first time I’ve had this experience! "

"It was a totally unaccepted stay. the customer experience was a disaster with the hotels asking for more process than the immigration authorities. The staff was rude and could not even explain the process.The place was disastrous with no cleanliness, The corridors and rooms were rancous and smelling of food The breakfast was horrible with no options. I have stayed in this place years ago and it has gone down the drains and would not touch this with a bargepole if given a choice again. The smaller hotels with lesser amenities but more cleanliness are a better option that this pricy option"
