Here at Mullins Beach Houses, we can offer bookings on the whole house or as three apartments, whatever suits your needs. The three apartments are : Palm Retreat, Coral Cove Retreat and Coconut Grove Retreat. Overall ,we have a stunning, newly renovated , spacious 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom house with stunning sea views, just 5 minutes walk from the iconic Mullins beach. You have your very own entrance with a private parking space. Set in its own private plot, with a tropical garden no neighbours , in a tranquil, exclusive and quiet neighbourhood but yet on the door step of all the amenities you need for a highly memorable holiday.

Palm retreat-
Guests are welcomed by an impressive foyer oozing Caribbean elegance that greets you or your guests on arrival. This area is wide and open which invites you to have a seat and relax a bit before going up to the main floor. There is a ground floor full bathroom, equipped with a shower, basin and toilet. A grand staircase sweeps you up into the main area of this apartment. As you ascend up the staircase you can take in the beautiful sea views and sunsets through the supersized foyer windows. There is a splendid handmade chandelier that is one of several focal pieces here at Mullins Beach Houses.

The huge sitting room and dining area are open plan and ideal for large groups, families and entertaining. The sitting area is ideal for sunset watching while sipping on a rum punch cocktail. A covered balcony area with table and chairs to watch the stunning sunsets and soak up the Caribbean sea views. Moving through to the large beach style modern sitting room, ideal for catching up on the day's events, having a sundowner or just enjoying your favorite shows on our fully loaded firestick.

The dining table seats eight people and is positioned right by the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, with modern appliances, for everything you need for a shared meal, take-out or private chef experience. Create memories that are unforgettable. From the dining area, there are double terrace doors leading to a large, covered balcony with a loveseat overlooking the pool and the rear garden. The kitchen has a door which opens to the spiral staircase and leads down to our pool area. A great asset for those wishing to dine by the pool area.

Our fully air conditioned, Master bedroom has a super King-sized bed, with a dressing room with built-in wardrobes leading into a large en-suite bathroom including a shower and bathtub. With its own private covered balcony with stunning sea views, a two-seater sofa, table and chairs ideal for watching those unforgettable Barbados sunsets while sipping your cocktails or having a glass of wine.

There are 3 more fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Bedroom 2 (two) has a king-sized bed, large built-in wardrobes and double terrace doors which lead onto a covered balcony overlooking the pool area. Bedroom 3 (three) has two large single beds, with similar built in wardrobes and a door leading onto the back covered balcony that also overlooks the pool area. Bedroom four has a king bed with built-in wardrobes. These three bedrooms have the use of a separate shower room next door and the ground floor shower room all with toilets and basins.

Coral Cove Retreat & Coconut Grove Retreat-
Two, 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartments with stunning sea views, these apartments also feature sitting room areas which lead onto a covered balcony, with terrace table and chairs. An option to dine outside while enjoying the sea views. The open plan sitting rooms flow in to the dining areas and kitchens for that modern feel. The dinning tables can seat six people each and are positioned right by the kitchens The kitchens are fully equipped, with modern appliances, for everything you need for a shared meal, take-out or private chef experience as well.

Each apartment has 2 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Coral Cove Retreat, Bedroom 1 has a super-king sized bed, large built-in wardrobes , dressing table and double terrace doors which lead out to the garden and pool area. Bedroom 2 , has two large single beds, with similar built in wardrobes , dressing table and a door leading onto the back covered balcony with a table and chairs that also overlooks the garden and pool area. These two bedrooms have the use of a shared shower room next door with toilets and basins. Coconut Grove Retreat also shares the same set up, however it does have a connecting door between Palm Retreat and Coconut Grove, that can be opened up when you book the whole house.

Please note, that here in Barbados the water from the tap is filtered through natural limestone making it safe for drinking and all other daily use. We also offer solar water heating, once you allow the water to run for a bit the tap water will automatically become hot at all showers and taps.

We have a dedicated House Manager, Kalista who is here to ensure you have a wonderful and stress-free stay with us. We offer a concierge service that is managed by Kalista which includes catering for those who wish to use it.

The pool area offers the opportunity to socialize with your guests and all 3 apartments have exclusive use of the private pool area and pool deck access. Guests have access to the BBQ grill and are invited to eat alfresco in our private dining area along the pool deck.

There are also sun loungers provided for guests to use at their leisure, if you fancy a day by the pool or to sit and relax after a day at the beach. The pool is in the shade from around 1 pm.

For your comfort we provide a welcome bottle of wine, beers, crisps to refresh you from your journey. We give you toiletries , loo roll, tea, coffee, milk, cooking oil to get you started.

We have an onsite House Manger, called Kalista, who was a chef at the extremely popular Seashed. You will be met at the property when you arrive from your journey by Kalista. She will ensure you are settled in and comfortable before returning in the morning. We offer various services if you wish to use them, from a laundry service, ironing, organizing boat trips, a private chef for that special occasion or just so you don’t need to cook, salads and freshly cooked meals you can order and heat up when you return from your day out. All rooms have mosquito screens so guests can keep their windows open if they wish without fear of insets. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and ceiling fans are provided through the property.

You have the use of all entire garden area, the private pool just for our guests and the covered cabana seating area for those who wish to stay out of the sun. Guest can also enjoy a sundowner or have a BBQ supper, using the gas BBQ grill provided, along the spacious pool deck (Please check gas level before use). There is also an outdoor shower by the pool to wash off the chlorine.

Rubis gas Station , just 400 m away from Mullins Beach Houses has all the basic essentials you might have forgotten, petrol, food, alcohol and an ATM, all available at the end of the road, opened 24 hours.
