"We only stayed two nights but could easily have stayed longer. Great location at the edge of Albury city, only a short walk to anything you need. The cottage itself is lovely. Easily accommodated 5 adults. Well appointed kitchen and comfortable lounge. The front rooms get a little early traffic noise but nothing some earplugs wouldn’t fix if you’re a light sleeper. Would definitely stay again."

"Inviting home"

"This house has everything you could need on a getaway, location is within easy travel to centre of town. Fish and chip shop and butcher less than a block walk. Kitchen contained every utensils, dish, pan that you could possibly need. Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and tidy. Outside the bbq and lawn could do with some maintenance, but overall very enjoyable place to stay. "

"What a fantastic place. Even the great photos don't do justice to how nice this place is. It has everything you need and just a quick trip into Albury. We all had an awesome stay. "

"Great location and option with off street parking and security. Enjoyed walks through the botanical gardens and short stroll to Dean Street and easy drive elsewhere around. Only down side would be the noisy drivers at night time going up and down the street, thats out of the owners control, the apartment was neat, tidy, games for kids, DVD's, netflix and had everything we needed."

"We had a 3 generation catch-up at "Treetops escape" and it was an ideal holiday home for this purpose. Enough space for everyone to be together at meal times, but also for people to retreat to quiet areas both indoor and outside when required. Kitchen was fully equipped which was great. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay."

"The Welcome to the property by Reception staff was fabulous. Easy instructions and information given by staff who appeared to enjoy their job. Location was excellent, close to amenities without any traffic! The only issue was the curved floor on the ensuite shower, made it slippery, used the floor mat inside the shower to stop the slipping, the soap dish was loose on the wall, probably grabbed to stop a fall I guess. Both air conditioners required their filters to be cleaned - message on remote...
