Beautiful, comfortable single-family house "Lena am Nürburgring", 2 storeys, renovated in 2024. In the district of Müllenbach 4 km from the centre of Nürburg, 11 km from the centre of Adenau. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house. Shop 4.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Nürburg" 5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 50 km, walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Nürburg 4 km, Nürburgring 3 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Maria Laach Vulkansee 35 km. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Renovated in 2024, comfortable and modern furnishings: living room with TV (flat screen). Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds (100 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. No heating option. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
