"The Gästehaus Sonnenwirth is a fully automated establishment and its checkin system is just the beginning of its problems. We’d prepaid through Expedia but the checkin software couldn’t find the booking. The entrance lobby holds two people and three’s a crowd - the automatic door kept opening and we were battered with rain and hail so we did not enjoy trying to solve the Sonnenwirth’s software problems. The Expedia contact number was answered once by a man who said,”You need to speak to my wife”...

"Weitläufiger Garten, leider hört man die Autos auf der Vorbeiführen Straße. Nachteil für Hunde ist die Aussentreppe ( Gitterrost) Leider wurde bei der Buchung über Expedia nicht auf die anfallenden Endreinigungskosten hingewiesen. Eine kulanet Regelung mit dem Eigentümer konnte gefunden werden. "

"We had a third person who slept on the pull out chair. It needed a topper to make it more comfortable. Our main bed was very good. Also we could use better pillows. It got cold at night and there were no extra blankets. Otherwise we were very pleased. "

"It is within walking distance from the Old Town and if you enjoy walking, it is not too far from the castle. There is no concierge. We lost something and needed to get some info and there was no one there to help. Easy in/out. "

"A cozy place in the historic district to take in the sights. The apartment had all the basic amenities. We didn’t cook but I wasn’t sure how you would do dishes as I didn’t see any dish soap and scrubs. The only issue we had was the that the futon was unlevel with one side tilting down so it wasn’t a comfortable bed. We had a great stay otherwise!"
