"We cannot fault the service we received. Michaela communicated with us before we arrived to ascertain TOA. When we got there she was enthusiastic, friendly and professional. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. Exactly as it looked on line. Breakfast was hot, well presented, and we were greeted by friendly staff as we entered the dinning room. We would choose Church Farm for any future visits to Norwich. "

"Wow !!!food mas amazing very big portions our gratitude to the cook and staff service from the staff top points praise them breakfast was truly great and the stay was great one thing to say would be the room we where in needed the cobwebs hoovered away there where a few it was very spacious and a rare treat was the shower we did stay 2 days we could come and go as we pleased we did book the restaurant.our bed and breakfast was value for money will revisit again . "

"Very attractive gastro pub off the beaten track. Excellent food and range of drinks. I was fortunate the weather was glorious so an evening in the beer garden was appreciated. The room was a good size if only a little dated. The large sash window offered little in sound proofing but had the most glorious view across a field of sunflowers. "Bartles Lodge is a gem of a hotel. It’s situated in a very peaceful and serene village, making it the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of day to day life. "Nice place .few points could do with some thought .pillows all very hard. Should have two of each to accomode different needs. For the price (£170) would have expected a decent level coffee offer and maybe a small fridge . As a frequent traveler this would be expected at this price level . Shower dispensers hadn't been filled fully . "

"Spotless.ly clean & lovely interior design. En suite very good & had a lovely slipper bath. Breakfast was exceptional with lots of choice to include pancakes & omelettes as well as traditional fry up. Hosts gave great attention to detail & were very happy to give advice & information to enable us to have a really enjoyable stay. "

"I was really impressed with the quickness of the host to reply to any of my queries, particularly one around using the oven. I really appreciated the cleanliness of the property and the style of the bathrooms. Only downsides are that the property isn’t near any local shops. The nearest shop is a petrol station. "

Spotlessly clean, and a lovely welcome from the owner which included a vase of flowers, some cookies, and a personal message in scrabble letters on the fridge! Everything you need is provided for.
