The new guest house is situated on a slope above a 500 years old mill on the river Mangiola and offers a wonderful view of the Apennines.
The environment is also ideal for hiking and mushroom picking. The sea is about 35 minutes away.
The Lunigiana itself is known for its many castles and lakes and its National Park. The Castle Museum of Pontremoli (10 km) has a unique collection in the world steles from the Bronze Age.

Ich hatte mit meiner Tochter die Gelegenheit für 1 Woche in diesem Studio wohnen zu dürfen. Wir haben die Tage, die bereits mit diesem herrlichen Blick aus dem Bett begonnen haben sehr genossen. Wir hatten hier eine sehr erholsame entspannte Zeit.Es war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal dass wir in Mulazzo und Pontremoli waren.

Schönes ruhig gelegenes Häuschen
Schön ruhig gelegen, für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend von der Größe her. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um Urlaub zu machen.

La casetta è molto carina,perfetta per vacanze rilassanti immersi nella natura. La posizione è ottima per visitare la Lunigiana e permette diverse passeggiate nei dintorni. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, prodighi di consigli sul territorio e piacevolmente presenti senza mai essere invadenti. Siamo molto contenti del nostro soggiorno.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und Lage. Wirklich außergewöhnlich
Komplett ruhige Lage. Abends hatten wir Besuch von einem Reh im Garten, Hirschkäfer und sonstige seltene Arten sind zu finden. Blutsauger hielten sich in Grenzen. Hatte nur fünf Stiche zu verzeichnen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit hätte ich etwas besser erwartet.

Wer Erholung vom Alltagstrubel sucht ist hier genau richtig
Wir haben schöne Ferien in diesem kleinen Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, in Ortsrandlage von Mulazzo etwas oberhalb der dazugehörigen Mühle des Vermieters.Gut zu erreichen über einen kurzen Privatweg. Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich ruhig mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Berge. EinSchauspiel wenn man Morgens erwacht und vom Bett aus das Erwachen der Natur erleben kann. Sehr hilfreich sind zahlreiche Tipps der Vermieteri, die man problemlos und jederzeit kontaktieren kann. Der einzige Negativaspekt war, das die Vermieter nicht immer vor Ort sind und somit das Reinigungspersonal nicht ständig kontrollieren können. Hier mussten wir etwas nachbessern. In einem freundlichen und persönlichen Gespräch mit dem Vermieterehepaar Wörtmann, konnte aber auch darauf hingewiesen werden. Wir würden trotzdem wieder hingehen, das Haus ist schlicht aber ausreichend gut eingerichtet, alles vorhanden was man benötigt und die Gegend ist einfach herrlich. Die Lage in Ortsrandlage garantiert eine Ruhe, wie man sie sonst kaum erwartet hätte. Man sollte wissen, dass der Zugang zum Haus über mehrere Treppenstufen führt, womit sich die Unterkunft für körperlich eingeschränkte Personen weniger eignet. Danke, für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Ein wirklich wunderschöner platz
Vom Bett und überhaupt schaut man über das Tal auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Die Mühle liegt gleich unterhalb des schönen Dorfes Mulazzo. Radfahren, wandern, … und auch zur Küste in die Cinque Terre geht es problemlos. Familie Wortmann sind ausgesprochen symphatische und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Als ich ein Problem mit meinem Fahrrad hatte, haben sie von Hamburg aus, da sie nicht vor Ort waren, für mich einen Transport organisiert!

Wundervolle Unterkunft

Entspannung pur
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr genossen. Es war alles da, was man braucht, liebevoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick vom Balkon war der absolute Traum. Jeden Abend haben wir auf dem Balkon verbracht und den Sternenhimmel bestaunt. Auch die eigene Terrasse am Häuschen war begeisternd. Genuss und Entspannung pur! Das Vermieter Ehepaar ist total nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist ebenfalls top. Von La Spezia aus erreicht man ganz unkompliziert mit dem Zug die „Cinque Terre“, bezaubernde Dörfchen an der Küste, die in jedem Fall einen Besuch wert sind. Alles in allem war es ein Urlaub, der uns alles gegeben hat, was wir gebraucht haben. Vielen Dank dafür!

Niedliche wunderschöne Unterkunft
Der Aufenthalt hat mir und meinem Partner sehr gut gefallen. Die Aussicht ist einfach super. Die Unterkunft ist schlicht, bietet aber alles, was man zum entspannen benötigt. Genau richtig. Sehr großen Menschen könnte es etwas zu klein sein. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ursprünglich. Es git viele kleine Bergdörfer und ganz viel Natur. Ein eigenes Auto ist definitiv von Vorteil, da der Bus sehr selten fährt und man Ziele vor Ort besser erreicht. Der nächste Supermarkt mit guten Öffnungszeiten liegt in einer Distanz von ca. 8km. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation hat gut und unkompliziert geklappt. Wir kommen gern noch mal vorbei.

10 Tage spontan Urlaub
Mir und meiner Freundin hat alles an dem Haus gefallen, die Lage, das Grundstück, sowie die Nutzungsfreiheit. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch. 30 - 35 Minuten zum Strand über die Autobahn. Das kleine Dorf Mulazzo, was oberhalb des Ferienhaus liegt, ist auch einen Ausflug Wert. Zudem ist das Preis Leistungsverhältnis klasse. Wir planen schon, wann wir wieder einhüten werden. Beautiful place to relax
The house is tiny but perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing! The owners are very hospitable and made us feel at home. They gave us good tips where to go and what to visit. You can take many beautiful walks in the mountains and visit old towns. We recommend this house!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage
Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen ruhigen Umgebung mit viel Natur. Von dort aus kann man viele Ausflüge, sei es an den Strand, oder in ein Städtchen unternehmen und somit die facettenreiche Kultur Italiens kennenlernen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen -sehr empfehlenswert!
