It was more a guest house than a B&B, with the main rooms, including the kitchen, available to everyone. Guests avail themselves of supplies and facilities to make their own breakfast. "We had a truely wonderful stay at Willance House, a littke gem of a place a short walk from Richmond town centre with ample street parking opposite. The guest house itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, very comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was good quality ingredients and absoloutley delicious. The hosts Colin and Sandra were very welcoming and attentive, fabulous customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. Would without a doubt stay here again and higly recommend. "
