"Everything was 5 stars except trying to find the unit and the access to the elevator cards. I would stay again now that i know the layout...but took us 30min to find the card access location. "

"Once I got in touch with the hotel communication was good. Expedia needs to fix the instructions to get the room access for this hotel. It tells you to wait for an email 48 hrs prior to your arrival that email never came. I had to contact Expedia and then was instructed to contact the hotel. Once I contacted the hotel everything went smooth. I was even able to do late check out at 2pm instead of the 11am normal time. (they only take cash) Was about $21 dollars to do that"

"This is the perfect cozy location if you want to be right on the beach. I was able to stay here and watch the amazing fireworks from my balcony, and it was the most picture perfect view. So much action just outside, it's right on the boardwalk, in the middle of the strip. Restaurants and convenience stores right there. The elevator is a little slow, but that's ok. I was missing a charger and the upstairs concierge kindly loaned me a charger. This place is good for up to two people. ...
